It's my first purchase on usedpanda. I always used to buy from Amazon. Bit I have a try to buy ipad pro 5 gen which was almost listed above 4000. I got the same in 2500 and almost like new. It's definitely a bargain deal and saved a money.

I ordered a samsung z flip3 5g. Less than 1 month the phone is already showing it's defect and I sent it to their repair center. After 10 days of waiting if I didn't send an email on the 11th day, they will not tell me or inform me of what is going to happen. Nobody in their company cares about it. They are asking to proceed for the repair and told me that the problem is not for them to shoulder and they want me to pay for the materials/parts that needs to repair. If I don't pay they will send it back as it is and I need to pay for the delivery charge. They said that I am not allowed for refund because it is still under warranty. Is the LCD of used/refurbished phone only lasts for 1month? What is the use of 1 year warranty?

Recently, I upgraded my phone and opted for iphone 12 from UsedPanda. The services this site provides compelled to write this review. Their delivery timing was impeccable, and the customer service was friendly and accommodating. When I received the device, I was pleasantly surprised by its condition. I highly recommend UsedPanda for buying preloved phones and laptops, also I am looking forward to visit this again in future for phones and laptops.

Got laptop and mobile, genuine quality and customer service

I paid for Samsung s21 ultra 256gb, when the phone arrived after 3day of order it had dust inside the camera lenses. I filed for a return and it took extra 4days before they came for the phone. Since 2weeks I have been calling, messaging, and emailing for my order and they just don't care because my money is already in their hands. Usedpanda has the worst service in the entire e-commerce company around. In fact they even told me in an email that I will be charged 50aed if I want a refund. Broad day stealing or will I call it rip off.

Please, dear friends, do not buy anything from UsedPanda, they are scammers. I bought a phone, the phone was made of very poor materials... After 10 days of use, the phone broke and could not be returned, I wrote to technical support, they asked me to send 10 dollars, when I sent it they disappeared and began to be ignored. The crappiest dump ever....

So i bought an S21samsung galaxy from this site, the first day i got it, when you put the charger, it blacks out. And you have to restart it again. I returned it and they told me it was ok. But i sent them a video for proof on what was happening. They told me my device had been checked and was working well. They updated the software and all, and they returned it and it started well until it did the same thing.. I raised the complaint but no o e replied to my messages. Until now. I asked if they could replace my device or even suggest any available devices and i would add money if need be.. But no response. I am truly desatisfied with this platform and i would not recommend anyone to buy from there.

Used pand exceeded my expectations.I was so scared and hesitant to buy something from this website as i have not heard there name before but was pleasantly surprised when i got my purchase plus they have a very good customer service i requested them to send my order a bit early and i got it very next day of placing my order .Highly recommend if you want to buy a good condition used item in reasonable price.

Bought Pixel 6 pro, and had issue with the display on the same day of receiving phone. Unofficial display provided in the phone, which was flickering and having multiple issues, request to return the phone. And returned it after troughly checking it for 2 days.

After returning the phone, there was not response from Used panda regarding the phone and they blocked me in WhatsApp.

I had shared video evidence of phone problem to them. But they rejected the return saying that there is no issue with the phone.

Communication with them is though, no transpency when it come to returning the order. They have policy of returning the phone is the buying is not satisfied. Still they return the phone to me without my consent.

Wish I could add screenshots and videos of conversation I had with Usedpanda.

I have purchased laptop 6 months ago, it was working fine but few days ago it stopped working and not turning on. I contacted the company and request for warranty claim. I was surprised with the service. They picked and returned back my laptop in 4 days. Highly impressed with the services. Thanks
