The user testing platform was intuitive and easy to navigate. Instructions were clear, and the process of completing tasks felt smooth. The team also provided timely feedback on my submissions, which helped me improve my work. Great overall experience.

The tester's platform is very user friendly and everything necessary to perform the test was spelled out for me, including how long it would take and how much I would get paid. The instructions were simple to follow and it was a fun test. I had to make a change to my PayPal email and was very pleasantly surprised when I was required to provide documents proving my identity. It made me feel good to know they take account security seriously. I look forward to my next test.

The support team is real fast for assistance compared with to other « same » platforms.

Una basura de plataforma, trabajos absurdos por 3€ , pero cuando te mandan alguno de 10€ o más, los terminas y simplemente, la escusa, no calificaste para la prueba, cuando la terminaste al 100 x 💯, auténtico timo.

As far as reviewing and testing site goes, with this site you don't get too many opportunities. However, when you finally do get one, you will be frustrated with their recorder! It's like they're 5 years backwards. Assume you have 10mins on a test that is desktop based(cos that's where you deal with their recorder), you end up spending most of that time battling with the recorder. It pops up, it goes full screen, it retracts to a somewhat mid size, and again changes to a medium size. And in most cases when you answer to a scale response and you think it'd quickly take you onto the next question, bleh! It keeps you there staring and waiting for the next 60 seconds. It's a terrible recorder! I wonder if their employees can actually use that damned recorder themselves!

I was having some technical difficulties with one of my survey.
Reported the incident, and a personnel, Luis was super efficient and prompt, guided us what needs to be done. Real happy with the outcome.

Like everyone says you certainly don't get many opportunities to do tests for clients on this platform. But the problem is that when you do take tests they find a way to reject the work you've done and to not pay you. To me that is unacceptable.

They will find every reason to decline your submission. Their system is bad and they blame the users and wont pay you for your jobs.

This company is incapable of fixing their broken Chrome browser extension so it freezes constantly which impacts the quality of test recording. Instead of fixing their extension or realizing their fault in the situation, they place the blame on testers and their incompetent support team rejects test submissions for "poor quality". Do better!

Horrible experience and simply reflects the scam that this company is, let me explain my situation, I have been working on this type of projects for half a decade, maybe more, but my point is that I know how it works, yesterday I did a long test (40+ minutes of a unmoderated study) and I had some problems with their recorder, flickering, sometimes not appearing and lagging, I spoke about it on the test to let QA know that I was having technical problems from their end, to my surprise I come around the next day and I was rejected for poor quality of audio, highly strange because I use a very particular set for this type of studies, but I suspected foul play so I chatted with support and around the conversation the support person said thst the screen was blickering with black and was unusable as a test, completely understandable but a fault on their end, but the cherry on top that was basically the recorder fault was because of my connection ¿?, the same and only that just a few minutes ago finished a 1 on 1 study with no issues of an hour with recording and transcript from my pc, then support say to me that it was my fault and they aren't going to pay for my hour of work plus having pointed out that the recorder has problems, on the same conversation they changed the reason three times (poor audio to poor video to flickering screen and even black screen across the test) not recommend to gift time to this company, I had only surveys to this point and I personally going to stick with those, this experience told me that they don't own their errors and nit pick to pay for your time.

TLDR: Rejected payment for an hour test because their recorder is basically falling apart and changed reasons for rejection three times across the conversation but rejected after all, not recommend to do anything more than surveys, they nit pick to not pay.

Seem to make things a bit more difficult than need be. We shall see what the future holds though and if it improves I will change my review to 5 stars.
