USI Money Reviews 

I used USI a lot for last couple of years and every now and then I had some issues with it 2 out of 5 either the money was delayed from here or the banks won't release it there in Pakistan. My brothers, my nephews and other family members used to go to banks with the given information to collect the money but the bank used to say it's not here yet then my family members used to ring me that you said it will be here but it's not and sometimes they used to visit the bank for more than once for the same transaction which was quite embarrassing at times and plus with my kind of job it's difficult to get time off and deal with these stressful situations. Then I used to ring USI firstly it was extremely difficult to get through secondly even if I got through they used to promise that somebody will ring you and sort it for me but nobody did and few days go by family get frustrated because they needed money sometimes as urgent as we all do the circle start again, I rang and no outcome. Sent so many emails nobody replied. Once it took about 11 days to sort the payment out, now you tell me is that fair? That was the time when I decided not to use them again. I was really disappointed but I had no choice but to use another service provider which is less stressful and that's what I did. Now I use Remitly for the last 6 months and touch wood I had no problem with it at all. The money is there within minutes plus over all those 6 months not even once I had problem with them. Very thorough and professional service. Really happy with them.
I'm not against or in favour of anyone just whoever loose or win on the basis of their performance and my job get done hassle free that's all I want and I believe that many will agree with me on this.
If anyone think that my review about USI is based on unfair judgment then please share your good experiences with me which you had with them as I said I haven't used them for good 6 months so if things have improved then please let me know, I might change my mind but for now I'm sticking with Remitly. Sorry to say that all the time I send money to India I had very bad experience so many times so I stop sending money by USI I still money but I send by bank of Baroda it’s simple
