Ordering from a new supplier is always stressful because we live in a world of unknowns and so many scams going on. I placed an order after looking at good review from us lock supply. The ordering process was super easy. Customer support was amazing with checking on stock quantity. When the order was place the order shipped same day and received it in a few days. I would not be hesitant to order from us lock supply. Thank you!

My first order was cacelled without an explanation. I asked why and got a reply. Out of stock. My next order was fulled promptly and the lock worked perfectly. I couldn't ask for more!

My first time using US lock. My traditional distributor didn’t have what I needed, the manufacturer was back ordered, but US lock had it in stock, shipped it the same day, and I had it in time for installation. Their price is better than my distributor, so I know I’ll be getting as much as I can’t from here in the future!

it was good that they texted me with a question on the type of lock so I was assured to get the correct configuration. Communication and timing of delivery was excellent.

Yes, thank you. A man named Henry sent me a text a few hours after I placed the order for a new lock on-line. He took the time to carefully tell me about the type of key that the lock would have. And he took additional time to explain to me about the key. I thought that this kind of service is great and I highly commend Henry for his help to understand the key for the lock. Quick turn around and two separate orders intelligently combined so everything arrived at once.

My organization (local gov't) is tax exempt. Sometimes this can be such a pain, but US Lock Supply made it easy peasy. I inquired how to do this on Monday and they responded and set it up for us right away and I was able to place our order the very same day. The order arrived just 2 days later on Wednesday! I would definitely order from them again!

they sent my order out the same day I ordered and it was here within the week. it was exacly what I ordered and it came not broken because it was packed and hipped well, I will be back when I need anther door closer sensor

I placed an order on December 4, 2025. After over a week of no movement, I followed up in mid-December and was told it would ship on December 16. It did not.

On January 5, I followed up again and was informed the shipment showed no movement and may never have been picked up by UPS. A new tracking number was issued.

The order was finally delivered on January 12, over a month after purchase and it was the wrong part.

From January through early February, I provided everything requested: photos of the received product, box labels, confirmation of the existing device, and clarification of the part that I needed. This resulted in repeated back-and-forth, contradictory responses, and no resolution.

The last correspondence on February 10, after requesting a refund, asking if the product was attempted to be installed. I replied and have since then, I have reached out multiple times via email and website chat with no response.

As of now:

The order is over two months old
The wrong item was delivered
No replacement ETA was given
No proactive follow-up occurred
Refund had to be requested due to lack of resolution

I already purchased what I needed from another company, the product already came, and it was already installed while still being stuck with US Lock Supply, as they don't respond.

This was a straightforward commercial hardware order handled with unacceptable delays and poor communication. If you need reliability, timely fulfillment, or post-purchase support, this experience raises serious concerns.

Exactly what I ordered awesome service

The product came very quickly, was easy to assemble, and is of excellent quality.

Very easy sales process - a representative quickly identified my item was in stock and was able to process the order and shipment on the same day - late in the day. The item then arrived within 2 days.

Delivery was super fast and the door handles are gorgeous…US Lock Supply will be my go to for all future building needs.
