Outstanding service saved our trip to Europe. Marilyn & Bob

I needed my passport in less than two weeks and even though it came a couple days later than it was supposed to be, the customer seevice was fantastic on making sure everything was taken care of. My representative was Janessa and I highly recommend her to anyone :)

Not realizing my passport expired, and a terminally ill family member in Europe I needed my passport quickly. Janessa, listened to my situation and aided me in the entire process. From start to finish, the passport came to my house within 5 days. Yes, it will cost you more but you can't put a price-tag on something so important. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Great staff to work with and I will say, I was in a panic with starting a new job and needing to go to Australia and finding out my passport expired. Jenessa was calm, efficient and made me relax knowing it was going to get done. She kept me informed all the way through the process and I had my passport when she said I would, in fact a day earlier than I expected to receive it. Highly recommend utilizing their service if you are as busy as I am.

Passport Pro is an excellent , top rated, customer oriented organiztion. The rep was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have already recommend its service to two other associates at at my company. I will definitely continue recommending Passport Pro to others who may need its service in the future.

Made life so much easier and eased my mind! Was worried would not get passport in time for honeymoon! Honeymoon was a surprise 2 weeks before our wedding & I have never had a passport! They got my passport to me within 5 business days!!! I am so thankful & greatly for them!!!

From start to finish, the process took exactly one week and I had not ordered the fastest service. Very helpful staff who stayed with the program!

I paid for overnight service of a new passport on Weds 5/7. I prepared and sent them all of the appropriate documents and they had my travel date of 5/11. They guaranteed delivery by Friday 5/9. They issued me a tracking number on 5/9 but Fed Ex never received the package that was supposedly sent. I have been calling all day and there is nobody at the office. I am not sure if my information has been stolen or if this company is just negligent. Either way this service should never be used by anyone, ever. There are many alternatives that provide the same service. I will now miss my flight which I am certain they will not reimburse me for, and likely have to take actions to recover the funds they have charged me for a service that was not provided.

As with many of your customers, our anxiety level was extremely high and my patience was very low. Janessa was incredible. Although I must have spoken to her over 10 timers she was increasingly patient with each call.

Janessa (my rep) did an EXCELLENT job helping me navigate a complex process. She walked me through every step and was an invaluable resource. They got the job done professionally and expeditiously for a reasonable price. They saved my trip!!

My passport renewal went very smoothly. The instructions were easy to follow and when I spoke to the agent on the phone, she was very helpful in explaining the last steps of the procedures.

The whole process tool less time than I had anticipated and I now have a renewed passport with no problems.

I was in a pickle. Had forgotten to renew my PP with only ew days til travel to Peru. Everyone at US PP Pro was terrific, walking me through the sometimes confusing requirements for renewal. No need to say more. They are excellent. My PP arrived at my home in plenty of time.

Great customer service. Services are as described on the site! Thanks for the great service and value. I would have spent far more in driving time, my time spent away from work, and with more hassle without them! GREAT VALUE all around........

I was already in a bind as my passport had expired when I thought I had a year left and I was leaving for a trip in short notice. Staff was friendly, explained everything and were pleasant to deal with which was reassuring at a nerve-wracking time.

Janessa Reyes was the US Passport Pro representative that assisted me and she was great. She contacted me right away after I made my purchase. She had great follow up and she was very helpful. She was very professional as well and she very informative. I felt that she cared that I would get my passport on time before I was scheduled to leave for my business trip. The entire process was simple from start to finish. The website instructions were clear, and the customer service representatives were extremely helpful, efficient and professional. The turnaround time was quick, and all of the steps in the process were made simple to understand and follow.
