Customer service of US Rider is outstanding. Casey was our representative and went above and beyond to assist us.

Excellent response from the call center service. Towing service sent was quick and efficient.

From the time I made the phone call that I needed help. The girl on the end of the line was very helpful. Big wrecker that they sent out It’s very knowledgeable with the situation I was in. He was very professional and very caring. And I highly recommend you guys to eve that I see.

All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.

I don’t remember his name, but the service representative who helped us was simply outstanding!

The worst service that you could possibly pay for. Biggest waste of money ever. Completely useless service when you're in a panic and need help quickly.

Also nice to see that you delete and block reviews on your Facebook page that don't match the false narrative you've created.

I am just one of many in my area who have had the worst time trying to use you guys in a break down. Thankfully, I've switched to Trail Guard and turned all my friends onto them as well.

Great customer service. They were in touch with me all the time while I was waiting for the tow truck.
I called from Canada; the local contractor was the best. Very helpful and professional. I suggest to be considered in future.

Just minutes away from where I had made the impossible decision to euthanize my heart horse, my truck broke down on the highway. I was two hours from home in the middle of the night with a shattered heart. The rep at US Rider worked tirelessly to find someone who would haul the whole rig home for me. A few days later, I received a sympathy card from them. I will 1000% recommend them to anyone. I am so thankful for all they did.

I called US Rider when my tow vehicle was having some issues. It was such a great experience, had my location down and a tow truck arrived within an hour and a half. Much better then Allstate roadside.

Always friendly people answer the phone. I usually have figured out quickest way to get a tow or other aid, and that helps simplify their task to cover the cost up front, which is
much appreciated rather than having to request a reimbursement.

Jessica was most helpful and pleasant when I called in. She knew her job and was courteous. She kept me posted.
And when the driver would be there. The young man from Blaze Towing also had a great , helpful attitude. He was timely and efficent.

The service and support we receive from USRider is amazing. No other roadside service comes close!
