Run!!! They guys charge $170 for Aruba ED cards that the direct Aruba site cost$20. These guys are a rip off Run!!!!

Beware of scams for appointment REscheduling form the site itself ! ustraveldocs.com with the Department of Consular in Alger ,Algeria i tried to book appointmen for 2 years no chance !

i after i traveled 2800KM ! to pay for appointment fees 185 USD on 2024 there was NO other option to pay only in Cash ! at thet times my appointment was REscheduling i lost FIFA footbal ticket worth 890 USD i have to cancel booking Hotel flght etc and i have to edit my Application again to update my DS-160 number and CANCEL APPOINTMEN ONE TIMES ! only
They canceled my appointment saying i have exceeded the allowed number of reschedules,

Everytime I called 703-520-2239 the representative are so over confident that without listening and understanding the issues they already have concluded, and always gives you wrong answers or something which is not even relevant to the case or application, I have been calling them for just 1 issue atleast 10 times and also emailed them 8 times
Why do Indian Representatives don't want to help and have such arrogant behavior?
Just have some good listening skills guys.

Question - After attending the consulate interview (Application, Payment receipt and Passport was taken) we were asked to go to Window #1 and pickup a letter which states "Once you receive your NVC appointment letter, you must log in to to create your profile
select your document delivery location; and Schedule an appointment to have your photograph and fingerprints taken at one of five Visa Application Centers

My question is we did not receive an NVC letter and for I-131A application do we need to schedule a Biometric appointment? Or just the consulate interview/ Appointment is enough ?

This has been the worst experience ever. The website is completely dysfunctional, causing me to lose €800 on plane tickets. Four months after starting my application, I am still waiting for my visa. It's shocking and unacceptable that a country like the United States offers such abysmal service for something so essential.

If you need your visa application processed by Ustraveldocs.com you are in trouble. Contacting these people and getting assistance is pure impossible:
- Telephone number published 0322xxx is wrong and you are disconnected by an answering machine in english language
- chatting is impossible beyond a chatbot welcome. No chance at all
- mail are answered totally eranously and has wrong information
We needed to correct a wrong entry of name and surname and were asked to submit a new application and arrange for a new appointment with the consulate. After driving 200 Km to the Consulate we were informed that this information is wrong and we should not have come. Subsequent mail from the consulate informed us that the case is pending with UStraveldocs.com. Meanwhile we are waiting for more than 4 weeks for our Visum.

I wish there was 0 stars option. I created the account and could not pay with my USA card. next day I was not able to login to my account. 1st of all it took me 2 hours to compete the for because for the slow system and now i am not able to even login through my account. It is very frustrating. customer service is the worst as well.

tried to reschedule it only got SG error after OFC screen, when i tried rescheduling again it is showing consular only and in appointment confirmation OFC date is unchanged. i missed ofc due to the pathetic team who developed and managed this app.

I have changed my review. We DID get a temporary password but somehow it went to the spam filter. Still, only 3 stars because the help desk doesn't have a human option.
Whatever you do, keep hold of your password. (If you use I forgot my password you DON'T get a temporary one as stated. You get NO answer at all.)
The help desk robot only tells you to do what you have already done upteen times, and there is nowhere else to go for help or a human to sort it. If the government is paying for this outsourcing of the State Department they are wasting money.

as what others have experienced and so do I particularly in rescheduling interview appointments. One's login then tries to look for a slot it will always say no appointments available until it gets an error of suspicious activity and frozen for 72 hours until then you can have access again now this has happened twice and I don't know what holds the future for my mother in law.

Im experiencing ALL Of the Below - Have chosen not to Pay as I don't even have a Date or Time for An Interview for my Visa - I went through 1 Bug yesterday that got fixed and just phoned the number 098875999 to fix the new one - I hope these Scammers don't Use My Passport Number fraudulently now! One of worst website I have ever seen in my life.. Nothing works there. No appointments slot open.. site throws error all the time. You will just get frustrated experiencing it.. if everything works for you then consider yourself the luckiest person. Opened cases closed automatically without comment or resolution. Customer support is even worst they will just simply say we don't know anything

I don’t see a No Star option

Our Emergency request is Approved. However on trying to schedule Emergency Appointment, we could see the available slots. But On click of "Submit" button after selecting a slot, nothing happens.

Even after our emergency request approved, we couldn’t proceed further.

WHAT IS THE USE OF GETTING AN EMERGENCY APPROVAL

Absolute scam. They do not provide any helpful information or any help in obtaining visa. All emails sent to help support come back with automatic reply and the same information about website. They should be fired!

pathetic portal with even worse customer support. can't believe that a country which is so tech-savvy can build such a mediocre portal. they keep changing portal link and are unable to manage data migration from old system to new one. don't keep any hopes from customer support either, they are equally bad , would just straight away close out the tickets.

This is the worst website ever I would say. It always says my security answers are wrong. I try to use forgot password and reset the password- what now? Same security questions show up and do not allow me to login. The website do not show any other work around for that. What is the point of resetting the password. It will not allow me to signup with same username or email. What else should I do to regain login???

I have never seen such a buggy product. Nothing works. I have a request open for 4 weeks and it is still in progress. I am sure they will close it silently so they don't have to work on anything.

They are just in business because they managed to get contract from US government to process the applications.

The scam is as follows:

1. You are made to pay for everything, including your appointment fees UPFRONT.

2. You will be redirected to a complicated website that requires solving a CAPATCHA every single time to check for appointments.

3. You will notice that there are NO APPOINTMENTS whatsoever, regardless how often you look.

4. There is no SINGLE person to get in touch, calling the number is just an automated parrot without any live agent, writing the support doesn't do anything because they just say "look for appointments online".

Well done USA 👍🏻 I even contacted your embassy in Germany and they literally hang up on me saying "this is not our problem".

This website is laggy and full of errors. A simple application takes a hundred tries due to various errors, like “Time Out” even though I’ve been working on it the whole time, “this website was accidentally cached by an intermediary and is no longer working”, and “error occurred while loading a visualforce page”. These errors have been around forever but they don’t care.

Worst customer support that I have ever dealt with. They keep repeating the same answers as of they are reading from a paper without any solutions. They do not know how their own system functions, and their representatives do not even know how to access out previous conversations or claims. You will need to repeat the whole story every time you call, and they would still not give you any help.
Their site is frequently not functioning well, especially the CAPTCHA part.
