Shannon is a very friendly person who explains everything clearly and give me upmost confidence that she will get us the best deal she can. I would recommend this company to any charity struggling to get their energy costs reduced and organised.

Excellent service and very friendly

Scott was extremely helpful from the very beginning, I have had other calls from other energy consultants and found them rude and very pushy.
Scott took his time to explain everything and followed this up with call backs and emails. His colleague Cassie was also amazing and they got me quotes giving me 3 different options to let me chose what suited our business best. I now don't have to worry about renewing myself next year and spending loads of time trying to find a deal.

Would highly recommend, Once again Vicki has excelled giving excellent customer service.

Mel From Utilink called me to offer their services on saving money on energy bills back in 2022.
Without any hints she beat my prices, but whilst doing that she offered multiple options, called me to explain and advise what her preferred options, but left me the space to decide for myself which is exactly what i wanted. They've inherited all my business since then.
