Utility Aid assisted in identifying a VAT overcharge refund from one of our utility suppliers. We were informed throughout each stage of the process until a resolution was reached. Acknowledgment is given to Paige for all her efforts.

Professional and reliable service
Your agent, Kinga, was a great source of support and advice during a very difficult 8-month exercise to have a new electricity smart meter installed. The various companies involved were difficult to deal with, including aborted visits, poor communications and sometimes incompetent personnel. I would have given up were it not for Kinga's prompt and helpful interventions whenever required. I should add that when she was out of the office, a colleague stepped in to help and were also very supportive.
Overall, I have been very impressed and pleased by Utility Aid's professionalism in ultimately helping me to bring this saga to a successful conclusion.

Excellent service from our adviser Hayley Oldfield - very supportive and understanding of our needs. The process was easy and with savings of over 50% on our gas and electricity compared to our current provider, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utility Aid to anyone thinking of switching.

Very helpful in solving our problem with SSE
As a small independent charity we were poorly equipped to negotiate with SSE over a smart meter & contract issue.
Utility Aid representatives work for us to get the smart meter installed, obtain a better contract (saving us about £1,000 pa) and organised a refund for us for the inconvenience caused!

Clear tariff comparisons and great service

Support for correcting electricity over charging.
They supported us in contacting our electricity supplier after my direct emails had gone unanswered. In response to Utility Aid contacting them, the supplier eventually amended the erroneous readings and credited our bill. As a voluntary organisation, we would not have had time to pursue the case so easily.
