Great pleasure to work with Utility Team, very knowledgeable team, speedy responses, excellent customer service, highly recommend.

As an environmental consultant, I have found the advice and support from Utility Team second to none. The team is very knowledgeable about the energy market, always willing to help. UT provides a transparent and informative professional service to myself and to my clients and I would highly recommend them to any business looking to reduce their energy costs, consumption and carbon impact.

I write this testimonial in recommendation for the works achieved by our new energy consultants Utility Team.

Working in facilities management myself I know just how hard it is to deliver on large complex estates. These guys however have it down to a tee.

Utility Team have almost seamlessly taken control of all our energy assets and are delivering first class service.

A big part of what attracted us to them was the level of detail and due-diligence they put into their proposals. Before even becoming our official partner, Chris & Kieran attended site and carried out detailed energy and water audits reporting back to the business on the opportunity for saving.

Not only were the results staggering, they have also shown belief in us as a business and offered to fund the projects with their revolving green fund.

All in all with savings projected at an average of 30% across all fuels and averaging a 36 month pay back, equating to over £1,000,000 per annum they pretty much had us sold.

Next came their tender procedure which I can only describe as faultless, and they had the prices to match. With a meter list consisting of almost 200 supply points, no meters were missing and all transferred perfectly on their proposed live date. Something we had never achieved in the past. Costing was great we obtained quotes from 4 other consultants and Utility Team came out on top, even beating my own direct offers!!

We’re now 6 months into the partnership and I could not recommend the services of these guys any more.

Some people sell dreams these guys simply sell facts our entire team from, Kieran, Sarah, James, Chris and Ben and all the way to senior management the service has been outstanding.

When I first engaged with Kieran Dixon I was admittedly sceptical as we receive a lot of calls from energy suppliers. Kieran assured me Utility Team were different and with this in mind we began negotiations. In the first instances I challenged Kieran, we knew we already had a fantastic energy deal and being honest to myself with our contracts not starting till 2022 I didn’t expect Kieran to be able to come up with anything to tempt us, however I went into this with an open mind.

Throughout the tender process Kieran kept us fully up to speed with all of his progress, he went to our current supplier for historical data and current data so that they could accurately map out our energy usage taking Covid-19 into account. When Kieran came to present our offers he indicated all key criteria, fully fixed contracts, term and negotiated with our new supplier to have volume tolerance extended in the contract.

Not only have they beaten our current deal and delivered an instant saving to the club, they procured us on a fully fixed contract, explaining the reasons why pass through contracts were not appropriate for our business, they checked our KVA to not only see if we have exceeded this but also that we use it.

All in all, there was not a single point of the tender process where we did not feel at total ease working with Utility Team.

Its very early days in our partnership and we're excited to see it progress, Utility Team have an ethos of Net Zero, with this in mind within the first 30 days of signing our contract at no additional cost they have attended site and completed full energy and water audits and are reporting to the business the most efficient and cost effective ways to reduce our consumption and decrease our carbon, giving a greener, smarter energy future to the company, while also offering the funding for any projects we enter in to.

I have to say Kieran and the guys at Utility Team are getting an excellent name for themselves in the professional sports industry at the moment and are doing some really great work, I highly recommend whatever industry you are in to speak to them.

I have recently moved into a new business premises and really struggled to identify the energy supplier' s i had lots of calls from energy brokers! however I spoke to Kieran Dixon and he made this whole experience painless - he arranged a change of tenancy identified the supplier provided a tender for our energy supplies and gave us lots of options and provided a great price

I now control all of my energy through the Utility Team online portal and with any queries i speak to my account manager Sarah Legwidge and she absolutely excellent and so knowledgeable about all things energy no query is to much for Sarah.

I have found Utility Team an extremely professional company and particularly enjoyed working with Sean Pinder. Sean and I were totally up front from the outset. No agenda – I just gave him my requirements and he concentrated on those without pushing other services which I was not interested in. He also sent me industry information so that I was in a position to make an informed decision which I felt confident about. Took the hard work away from me! Fantastic. Really appreciate it.

Utility Team, especially Alex Ruboli has been very attentive to us and he always get the best deal to us.

“I have worked with Utility Team since 2010 when they arranged my first contract. Within that period we have secured favourable rates throughout the negotiation process as well working with them to utilise Solar PV at our site. This has resulted in reductions in consumption of around 30%. Utility Team helped to fund this project through their RGF which has allowed me to spread the cost over the duration of my energy contract. Recently I have worked with Sean Pinder to take advantage of favourable market conditions to agree a saving against current agreements as far out as 2025.”

Utility Team demonstrated exceptional knowledge when explaining my options for procurement. I was chose to extend out my contracts for a further two years at the current rates, even though I was still in contract for another 18 months. This ability to capitalise on the current market conditions should realise substantial savings when the current contracts come to an end.

Having worked with other utility brokers before, we have noticed a measurable difference in quality when working with Utility Team. They are fast, responsive, and always check in to remind us when our contracts are up so we don't have to worry about getting hit with out-of-contract rates. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Metering and new connections is a massive headache for my construction business and Utility Team take all this stress away from me they speak to the DNO the MOP and the meter installer they coordinate all the process from top to bottom this saves me so much time and money, I would not hesitate in recommending these guys.
