I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent $160 on vape pens and NONE of them work! One of my vape pens completely fell apart! I had to throw it away. I take two hits before bed. None of them can not hold a charge! What a waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this company.

First time I ordered with them. There shipping states 1-3 business days. I ordered March 1st, today is the 9th and USPS is still waiting on them. Sent them several emails, about this and at the end of the day, no product.

I ordered 2 CBD disposable vapes from Utoya and both stopped working before being halfway empty. They got to the point they wouldn’t release vapor unless I used it for around 10 seconds and it tasted awful and burned. I emailed customer service and never received the replacement they promised. Super disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would,and im not someone who leaves negative reviews. I ordered a cbd vape, and it didn't work straight out of the package. The shipping was extremely fast but the faulty products negates even tyr fastest delivery times.
I thought maybe it needed a little charge but even after that,it's still not working. Super disappointed. I was truly hoping this company would be one that I could buy lots of vapes, but with the faulty product and now seeing this is a common things, I think I'll find another company.

Utoya is a great company with a lot of variety to choose from. I've tried many of their edibles and drinks, definitely would recommend the frozen pops for the summer. They usually have good prices but also good sales/discount codes, and quick free shipping. And when I've needed to contact customer service they've been helpful and reply right away. Overall a good company, especially for relaxing products that satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm going to eat some of my cookie right now.

We absolutely love the products! We go here for all our vaping needs. We usually get the 1G ten pack mystery. Always a great variety, few repeats. We also get the peanut butter cbd treats for our dogs. It's the only thing that keeps them calm during storms and fireworks. Great customer service, always!

Been using Utoya for a few years now, and I love this shop... I'm a legal smoker but refuse to pay the prices were to pay here in Hilo Hawaii, so I found Utoya, even though I don't need to be legal to buy, my pain management Doc wan't everyone legal, as test can't show the difference between legal and not legal....
Since my first order, Matt has been nothing but stellar to this old Auntie from Hawaii, things not working? No problem, they fix the problem...Order didn't come? they fix the problem...
I only use the flowers but I love them, and the "Weedies cherry cola" are so good....
