3. One dress not delivered at all. When contacted is asking for shipping to be paid but not proceeding.

It is disappointing to see this fabricated narrative, especially when our internal logs and pre-shipment documentation tell a completely different story.
To clarify the facts of this transaction for the public and our legal records:
Verified Pre-Shipment Protocol:
Every "Custom Stitched" order we fulfill undergoes a rigorous verification process. Prior to shipping your order, we sent you high-resolution photographs of the actual garments along with a measuring tape placed over the items to confirm the exact dimensions you requested.
Your Explicit Acknowledgment:
We did not ship these items until we received your written confirmation and approval of those specific measurements and designs. To claim they are the "wrong size" now is a documented falsehood.
Shopify Risk Alert:
Our system, powered by Shopify’s fraud analysis, has flagged your profile due to a history of "Regular Disputes" we process your order with goot and faithful intentions that you need them before Eid. You paid for Skynet cheaper courier and told us to ship through DHL and remaining courier cost you never paid yet. You have a pattern of receiving premium, custom-stitched luxury goods and subsequently filing disputes to claw back funds this is a violation of international commerce laws.
Legal & Agency Reporting:
Because this involves cross-border mail fraud and payment interference, we have formally reported your shipping address and transaction history to the following authorities for investigation into e-commerce fraud:
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) (Fraud Division)
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
The United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS)

We operate with transparency, providing original pictures and proofs before a single stitch is shipped. We urge you to reflect on your actions. Fear Allah and remember that Halal earnings and honest dealings bring barakah, whereas deceptive gains do not.
We have already submitted our proof of delivery, your signed measurement acknowledgments, and our pre-shipment photos to the bank and Shopify. We will no longer engage in this cycle of harassment.
