Despite following all the necessary procedures, my withdrawal request was not processed. I reached out to their customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I received no response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and raises concerns about the reliability of the platform.

I would advise potential users to exercise caution when considering UZX exchange. The inability to access my funds and the unresponsive support team have left me feeling dissatisfied and wary of using their services in the future.

I had over $150,000 in my account, and they banned it for "malicious activity" with no explanation! My account UID is 8380807418. I completed the advanced KYC process, and after that, they banned my account without any reason! I contacted support over a week ago and still haven't received an answer. I messaged several admins on Telegram—they read my messages but don't respond. I've sent emails to their support team, and again, no reply. They're completely ignoring me and won't let me withdraw my funds. Give me some explanation! Do not use this exchange-they will ban your account without reason and take all your money! This isn't the first time; I'm not the only one whose account they've banned without cause-they do this all the time. It's a total scam exchange. I will file a complaint with the SEC along with others you've scammed. Give me back my crypto assets!
