The ionic hair dryer is sensational. I love the quickness of drying my hair and the magnetic attachments. It is light and easy to use. I recommend the hairdryer to all my friends.

I was initially sent the wrong LED facemask.It was white and unbranded not the Lumawave (purple one)on the website.The company were actually great to deal with-kept in contact with me and eventually sent the right branded mask for free.I thought I had been scammed but no this company did care about their customers so stayed in contact and fixed the problem.Very happy with my new mask which is the same as the white generic mask so probably made in the same factory just unbranded-both safe to use.

The first hairdryer blew up when it was turned on, with flames coming from the nozzle. After several emails and two videos, Vaamy replaced the hair dryer, which works well. Through out the process, Vaamy staff were very polite, and I appreciated their manner in dealing with this issue.

Excellent experience. Plenty of product info, very easy order process and the shipping and tracking updates were first class. Will definitely recommend

I received my purchase - a hairdryer which had a overseas plug included in the package was a adapter to convert the dryer to Australian standards the connection is very tight & I didn’t want to force the plugs to connect in case I damaged them. I emailed Vaamy and straight away I received a email back asking for a photo so they could see what was wrong. Nothing I just had to push really hard to connect the plugs and everything was great.

The product is good so far. A little note on the box to explain that adapters for your country are sometimes hidden under the package lining would make it five stars. Customer support were prompt and very helpful.

Customer service is very fair if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Just remember there’s real humans on the other end if you have a complaint, but you can always sort it out with a good customer service team.. 🙇‍♀️

I love this hair dryer! I have dry frizzy hair and with every other dryer I have used my hair dries frizzy and fluffy. THIS dryer, does what it promises! My hair is so much smoother and easier to style. I’m very impressed. Just wish I knew it had an American plug attached, I’m in Australia. Small price to pay, it will be my forever dryer"

My mask got sent back mid journey for some unexplained reason but the team at Vaamay responded promptly to correct the situation. They are very approachable and have answered my questions clearly with lots of information. Thank you Vaamay team.

The masks arrived on time and in perfect condition. They were exactly as advertised. I have felt a difference using the mask. My skin feels softer and looks fresher. I recently purchased a Vaamy LED mask and had questions about it once it arrived. I contacted Vaamy's customer support and they were absolutely fantastic. In this day and age, customer service is no sure thing, especially when ordering online. Vaamy's immediate response and rectification was outstanding and most welcome. I'm grateful - and - my mask is fantastic! Thanks Vaamy :)

After receiving my original mask, which was not branded with the LumaWave Brand, I contacted customer service.

I explained my position to the Customer Service Representative, and they apologised for the error.

Thereafter, I had several communications with the Service Rep who told me that they were more than happy to replace my unbranded mask with the new LumaWave branded mask.

The Customer Service Rep was extremely helpful and apologised for sending the incorrect mask.

The communication was always dealt with in an appropriate time I eventually received the new mask.

I would be happy to deal with Vaamy again as there was never an issue in dealing with my concerns and they were extremely responsive and apologetic for causing me unnecessary concern regarding receiving the incorrect mask. :-)
