I have been waiting for a refund for almost one year. Who do I contact for my refund?

Has anyone heard how we can contact someone for our refund of our money paid ahead of time??

So thankful for VacationWiser and Jeff Austin who made it easy to make my dream trip to Egypt come true. Very easy to work with. Payments that are manageable through payroll deduction.

I loved vacationwiser. I had some great trips using them. I’m very sorry to hear about their CEOs passing. I did however over pay 3k which was held as a credit on my account that I planned on using for my next vacation. I’m not sure how or if I’ll get a credit back now.

Great Company used them all the time. Sorry to Hear that the CEO has passed away in October. Emailed my rep to set up new vacation for March and found out this news. They suspended operation for the meantime.

Vacation wiser turned off their phones and went out of business without telling their customers what was going on I feel that something should be done about this.

My experience was great! Everything from the approval process to planning and scheduling my vacation.

Wonderful trip! My travel agent did well even when we had to make last minute changes due to our first destination having horrible weather conditions. Well definitely use them again!

It would be nice, if we can get a chance to pick our seats in the plane. Other than that everything was very helpful and supportive Madeline deserves a raise in my opinion.

I was raised not to lie, so when it came to the actual trip, Maddy did her thing! She also went above and beyond. My issue is that there was no way of me knowing when my trip was paid off. So, I decided to call and find out how many more payments I had left. Low and behold I had overpaid by $985. Once I was told this I asked for a refund. This was in April and I still yet to receive my refund. I understand that things happen, but if you do not have the money, just say so. That may not be a lot of money to some, but it's a lot to me. Be transparent, honest, and matter of fact. I would have rather heard that they're going through a financial hardship, rather than they tell me that my money is on the way. When it really wasn't.

Quick and Efficient, although the trip itself was a hassle, I enjoyed the process.

So the travel agent was wonderful!! Responded to every text message and email with no problem at all. I specifically stressed the issue of having a person traveling with me on vacation who’s afraid of heights. I said to make sure we get the lowest level floor possible and to make sure it could be accommodated and if not we would have to do something different. Well we get there and we’re on the 10th floor! Had I known I could’ve planned better! So I spent unnecessary money purchasing another room that was a 10 minute walk from my hotel for the time we were there! I did not like that, because it caused my family to be split up!

Not a good process at all. Took forever for responses. There is no portal to manage booking. I hope the experience improves.

The entire process was pleasant and the Manager that assisted me was always timely with responses. I appreciated her willingness to listen, mindfulness of our wishes for reasonable commute time to the event or destination, ability to provide details and images to support my options for me to make the best decision. I was pleased from start to finish, I look forward to future opportunities to utilize Vacation Wiser services and I have no doubt the experience will be the anything less than top tier!

The ease of planning the vacation was amazing!

Year 4 of summer vacations. No complaints! Very convenient! Madeline and Jeff have been great every single year! My children have enjoyed Chicago, Gatlinburg, Glacier National Park in Montana, and now to Cancun… one of our favs! Summer travel is expensive but Vacation Wiser has helped us with making some unforgettable memories for our family!
