Horrible... you shouldn't be in business.

Franco was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful while assisting me with my upcoming travel plans.
I will admit, I was apprehensive when first making my flight reservations but now that I have confirmed with the airlines I am confident in this being a trustworthy, legitimate business. Patience has never been one of my better qualities so note to anyone going through this company, be patient and they will come through.
I saved approximately $100 by VaccationTravel booking my flights and am satisfied with the outcome.

Getting checked in for the other two friends I booked was a major hassle for them, but the outbound flight was fine. Then at the last minute Allegiant cancelled our return, leaving us unable to get home for two extra days and costing us three times as much to travel on another airline we had to find ourselves. You think we’ll be recommending you?

You cancelled my flight so now I have to wait until it comes back do I can rebooked elsewhere. Can’t afford two trips. No very fair

This was my 1st time using VaccationTravel. I was a bit annoyed that the cost listed on the website was a 'starting cost' but that was not readily apparent. I was allowed to book the flight - credit card and all - as if my flight would be confirmed as listed. I did receive a call the following day to let me know that the actual cost of the flight was a few hundred dollars more and the caller wanted to verify if that would be ok while reiterating the cost of the flight through the carrier. Kind of a bait & switch IMO. The caller was pleasant, however, despite my frustration (I made sure not to take it out her). I booked the flight and received confirmation a little more than 24 hours later. The itinerary was forwarded (from VaccationTravel?) with Delta misspelled at Detla and the cost of the flight in rubles. I again thought I was being scammed and checked for foreign transaction fees on my credit card since they required a reply to an email stating that I agree to the charges. I entered the confirmation number in the Delta app and was able to choose seats, etc., so that made me feel better. I would share this site with others along with my full experience and allow them to make the best decision for themselves.

Bad connection. Got disconnected. Had to give my information 3 times. I wasn't feeling very comfortable giving information because it didn't feel professional. Couldn't book online because there was no place to check a minor. When I got my confirmation he was checked as an adult anyway. It was cheaper to book online. I was charged 100.00 more by calling. Won't be doing that again!

It’s been nice n easy to deal with this travel agents here at this place of buying our tickets n booking my rooms n car n so on . This isn’t what I expected because usually it’s a big huge mess n now it’s not n I’m very happy with your work that’s been done for me . Thank u n mahalo n aloha , Paul say

I did not like that the price on line was different than what was quoted to me. I refreshed my page several times and it still came up with cheaper prices than given.

It was a pleasure visiting the Bahamas it's my first time but will not be the last i do enjoy
