I have been watching Jordan on YouTube for the past year or two. I decided to do personal letters for my current claim. I did, but it didn’t seem to help because I was denied. I tried writing another, but was stuck on how to construct it. I was hesitant to join VA Claims academy for financial reasons, but said I’m going to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. First, let me say his team is great. They were responsive, genuine and very helpful. I received my letters from Jordan as promised and they were GREAT! The information included everything I discussed with them and what I included in my application. I am at 80% and working towards 100%. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you so much Jordan and team. A bit of advice when joining. Include as much information as possible in your application and your discovery call because your letters are only as good as the information you provide.

This course was EXACTLY what I needed. This process can be so confusing, but the course breaks it down and simplifies the process. I now know exactly what and how I should go about filing a complete and accurate claim. I will be filing my claim this month and I will circle back for an after action review.

I have to say, there aren't too many things left in this world that are real. You and your staff are not only real, you all are genuine! Everything you state in your videos is amazingly true. Upon opening the the email you sent me, exactly when I was told I would receive my personalized templates, I was in awe! So far, Jordan and the VA claims academy has been showing what I need to do. There is alot information to make sure you look over and submit for your packet.

As soon as I registered with VA Claims Academy, I was able to get to work on my claims. The intake interview was a streamlined process and the personal statements and example Nexus letters arrived quickly and are high quality. No results to report yet, but only because it is so early injthe process. Extremely pleased so far.

The course information was definitely useful and insightful in learning the VA claims process, ins and outs, as well as great tips to being prepared for exams. However, having paid for the Grand Master course for about $500 you're better off not acquiring the services for these items from here. From the 30 minute discovery phone call (which is not enough time to cover/convey all of your items details if you have a lengthy claim to discuss) to actually receiving any requested personalized personal statements and/or nexus letters, don't expect the content to be on point with the details you provided during your 30 minute discovery phone call. Additionally, when following up on missing documents and waiting for at least two weeks, I received no response from Jordan (whom sent me the documents) on whether the missing document I requested would still be provided or even a "boohoo too bad" would've been something but no response at all shows zero customer service. Buying the course for the cheapest amount is your best bet and then using any AI program of your choice to generate your material is about the level of effort that went into the personalized statements received. The service side of this program needs a lot of work. But the course information is solid if you have no zero foundation in the VA claims process.

Promised & Delivered! I ran into Jordan's charm and charisma on Youtube and was immediately hooked on his in-depth knowledge on the VA system. His program was definitely worth the money. and his staff was very well prepared to take down my info and had my personal statement ready at exactly two weeks. Not to mention the valuable info he has on his page. Very happy with my purchase, 10/10 recommend.

im having a tough time with the website. The
screen stalls and goes to a white page. I have closed and reopened it dozens of times. i cant say whether pay for grand master is worth it or not yet. i cant find where you can speak to a person yet. i am surprised i am asked for a review before i was able to talk to someone.

First off, this isn't the place that will get you the rating you want, meaning they're not the Claim Sharks. What they will do i give you all the information you need to be a champion for yourself. Ease of learning in a streamlined fashion has greatly benefitted me. So I took the information, confidence and knowledge I was given from this course, along with reading the CFR's like they were a bible. From there, I already had a VSO working for me if that's what you call it, I started doing things on my own, submitting paperwork, diagnosis, treatment records, personal statements (Jordan helped greatly on the statement) all to the VSO's dismay :). Result 100% P&T on my first condition. All because this sometimes timid Vet took a chance on a different way of thinking and trying. This team will definately empower you to help yourself. As they say It's play chess not checkers.

VA Claims Academy Saved My Life! PLUS, they took me from 10% to 100% P&T. Investing in the Grandmaster Membership was the best decision I ever made. I became a Master of the VA disability process. Jordan's customized Nexus Letters and Personal Statements are worth ten times the Investment I made.

Incredible resources for veterans to get the help they need. It’s not by accident that the VA system is set up the way it is, and these videos and courses Jordan has put out are simply amazing in breaking it all down and guiding you through the process.

I appreciate the service and knowledge received. It is a place to gain knowledge of filing procedures. The Facebook group is really helpful with many other members willing to share inputs and knowhow. I am very confident my future claims will have a higher approval odds. Thank you for all the videos and instructions you provide.
