I have been dealing with Jaime Ureta for some funds for my business. He has been awesome and fantastic to deal with. I’ve spoken to a few other brokers before and they don’t even look twice and decline me due to not running long enough. But Jaime has gone above and beyond to help me with funds for my business and he has made the process so smooth, easy and always straight onto it. He cares and we need more people like him. Jack Steadman at Valiant Finance was outstanding from start to finish.
From the initial discussions around finance options through to approval and completion, Jack made the entire process straightforward, well organised and genuinely stress-free. His communication was excellent throughout — responsive, proactive and always clear about where things stood and what was required next.
What impressed me most was Jack’s persistence and personal ownership of the process. He took the time to understand what we needed, worked through the various steps professionally, and kept everything moving without us having to constantly follow up.
The end result was a great outcome and a seamless experience securing finance for our new vehicle.

Zak was so easy to deal with and really kept things moving. There were never any delays and when he came up with a product and I wasn't entirely happy with it, it wasn't a problem. He listen to my concerns and just as promptly came up with a solution and had a new product presented and financed in a super quick timeframe. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
