I received a small ball that cost $68 plus shipping. The advertisement is deceptive because the small ball pictured looked big enough for an aussie. When I received it, it was for a chihuahua size dog. I have responded to emails to trade for a bigger size over 3 weeks with no reply back. I was receiving emails from them often before I got my delivery and then they stopped. This is apparently a scam. Do not buy from this company. Their ads are deceptive and no customer service response when I requested to exchange for a bigger ball.

Do not buy....do not waste your money like I did. They say money back guarantee but good luck getting your money back. The ball popped within seconds. I could tell it wasn't going to last when I unpacked it.

Do not buy .... Valkyrie pharmaceutical.....fake juice...kicked off anabolic steroid forum for not producing lab results...total scumbag s...will take your Money and never deliver.....trust n believe Valkyrie sucks..do not buy

Having a hard time getting the product.
They are quick to send you all the " free" stuff so you can not cancel order but keep getting e mail about delay for ball.
All the "free" stuff is crap you download yourself.
Could probably find it for free with a Google search
Updated I got the product & it is the big 22" ball. It is ok but very cheap Chinese made

Bought this ball for 62 dollars, ended up being almost $75 with shipping..the picture on the add appeared as if the ball was at least 24-36 inches in dia. I recieved an 8-10 inch ball, footpump and a little 2 inch toy. I returned the items( paid another $15.70 for shipping. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM ! I STILL HAVENT GOT ANY REFUND. JUST AN EMAIL THAT OFFERS ME 8.50 IN EUROS CREDIT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE.

Did everything as per conditions. Dogs initially not interested, then in the last few weeks, the rottweiler pul of 8 months decided it was AWESOME! HIS GR sister and himself played with it indoors for up to 30 mins a day . He bit through it. Destroyed. This comes a day after I ordered 2 more and now what do I do? Has not lived up to advertised hype!

I bought a medium sized herding ball before reading the reviews so was expecting a cheaply made, poor quality product. I didn't realise it was being shipped directly from China - I wouldn't have purchased it had I known. It took a while to arrive but the company kept me updated so no issues in that department. On receipt I was pleasantly surprised. The inflatable ball itself was of good quality, as was the canvas cover. It was well made so I wasn't at all disappointed. However, the pump was less impressive - quite basic and made of plastic. But, I have to say, it did the job. I followed the instructions to the 'T'. Pumped it so well I struggled to close the zip. I won't deny, it was fiddly, especially swapping the pump for the stopper but I was satisfied I had followed the instructions correctly. First thing I can tell you is my dogs loved it. I have a small staffy and a large lab x. In retrospect I should have bought the larger size. My staffy couldn't get her teeth into it but did suss out she could grab the zip area and throw it around - something for the makers to consider maybe? Sadly, the ball lasted an exciting 20 minutes. I have a thorny shrub in my garden and the ball rolled onto and picked up some of those small sharp thorns which went through the canvas, puncturing the inner ball. I honestly wouldn't have thought that would happen as the canvas covering seemed hard wearing. So, my honest opinion is, this is a good product but be careful where you use it. Go large if in doubt, but this was an expensive purchase for next to no gain hence 3 stars.

The ball, when fully inflated, feels good, but Inflation is a problem. The pump provided is ridiculously inadequate. I used an electric tyre pump from my car. When the inner ball appears to be fully inflated, it is smaller than the case. You need to carry on pumping. It expands like a balloon and eventually fills the case completely and feels solid.

Another inadequacy is that there is no valve, so as soon as you pull the pump out the ball begins to lose air. You need to be very quick to put the plug in.

It is also quite difficult to place the air hole correctly when inflating. It needs to be about three quarters of the way up the slot from the base of the zip and you have to manipulate the outer cover before it is tight to make sure the air hole stays in the zip slot.

However it feels more solid than the cheap one we previously bought and which got punctured after a short while. The dog gets to try it out tomorrow.

Update:

The dog got on well with it. However it began to deflate. After a few days I took the balloon out of the case, re inflated it, and put it in water to find the leak. There was a tiny pinhole, which I have blocked with boat repair compound. So far it appears to be holding, so I will try again tomorrow.

Blowing it up took more time than it took to have holes in it. Literally less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your money

!DO NOT BUY! Inferior product, sent directly from Mainland China, very cheaply manufactured and much smaller than the marketing video. Our 5 month old Australian Cattle Dog destroyed the ball in less than 3 weeks!!

The pump it came with blew out and I couldn’t get the ball fully inflated. Even with the canvas over the ball my dog managed to pop the bladder with in 10 minutes. I reached out twice with the email address listed to contact and have been ignored both times. 30 day money back guarantee is bullshit!!

I bought this herding ball for my dog and it has a leak in it. I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund and get no response from the company. I wasted well over $100 on this pile of junk. This company is not to be trusted because they don’t stand behind their no questions asked money back guarantee! I want to give this company zero stars for customer, satisfaction, and quality of product

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not buy! My 45-pound dog broke it within 2 minutes. It is also smaller than a volleyball. They did not send a receipt.

What a piece of crap. Took 3 weeks to get here. Had to use our compressor to inflate because the pump is cheap plastic. Gave it to my Border Collie, she had fun with it for about 20 minutes, it's much smaller than shown on the video.
Gave it back to her the next day and she had already punctured it. Trying to get my money back through my credit card company. Don't buy!!!!!!!!!!

I am normally very cautious with online purchases but fell for this one. Inferior product, China produced, cheaply manufactured and grossly smaller than the marketing video ( size of a small football). It is very difficult to inflate and given the herding aim relies on a wrinkle free skin to ensure the ball does not burst, I found this impossible to achieve. I paid $97 for this item - $90 more than it is worth. I am pursuing a full refund.

Do Not Buy – Complete Waste of Money

I paid $65.00 for the Valkyrie Herding Ball and was extremely disappointed. The ball is much smaller than it appears in the product photos, which is very misleading. Even worse, the ball punctured within 10 minutes of use, making it completely unusable.

For the price, I expected a durable product that could withstand normal play, but this ball failed almost immediately. I feel like I wasted $65.00 on a product that did not live up to its description or quality expectations.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.

cheap quality and no customer service. Medium herding ball is Small. the chew toy is a choking hasard for medium sized dogs. i paid 5 euros for a booklet they did not send me. they let me download it but it is a 2 pages instruction leafleat which is so basic that it should be free. it promises a patch kit which also was not included. frustrating and ridiculous

Scam company. Ordered a herding ball for my dogs, cheap rubbish they sent me was smaller than a football (should have been 5x that size) and cheap tacky materials. Struggling to get a refund as not a uk company. Chinese rubbish

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. If you try to order something from them and send them hundreds of dollars for the order they will come back and say they need more money or they won’t give you what you ordered. They WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY THEY WILL KEEP IT. Then they’ll act like they’re going to ship it and their “SHIPPING COMPANY” will demand hundreds of more dollars otherwise it won’t be shipped. This is 100% a SCAM page. The FBI and Interpol are now looking into their businesses. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
