Its amazing. Good quality and so pretty

I really had high hopes for this jewelry. It looked beautiful on the site. Upon delivery the jewelry looked cheaply made and overpriced for the quality. The stone fell out of my ring the first time wearing. So disappointed🥺

Never received package. Opened a ticket and never heard back from them even after following up.

First emailed you on Jan 16 and just now got a response on Feb 11 because of the bad review. Just to say to check with the post office. Like I mentioned on Jan 16 I contacted the delivery service and they declared it lost. I attached their certificate declaring it lost.

Not complete invoice with discount. Lot of products missing

È una sorta di truffa.ti dicono che farai loro da abassador, poi compri le cose e paghi le spese di spedizione e non ti danno il codice promo da condividere con la tua community.

The gold seems real, the jewelery is big enough to be noticeable, but small enough to be casual everyday. I love the designs. And the bracelets are very feminine

Purtroppo gli articoli non meritano assolutamente la cifra richiesta sul sito e nemmeno la cifra sostenuta per la spedizione di 29 € come Ambassador.
Il packaging è inesistente, obsoleto, non è assolutamente adeguato, appunto, ai prezzi degli articoli, non si possono spedire gioielli, la cui richiesta è di circa 80 $ al pezzo, in una bustina di plastica trasparente, mi aspettavo quantomeno che fossero spediti in scatoline singole, oserei definire al pari e forse più accurate le spedizioni di AliExpress.
I materiali non sono di ottima qualità e non giustificano minimamente la spesa.
Mi dispiace moltissimo poiché avevo riposto fiducia in questa collaborazione e ne sono rimasta altamente delusa.
Non sponsorizzerò sicuramente gli articoli ne li consiglierò ai miei clienti, parenti o amici.

Was amazed about the quality of the products. I've ordered 3 pieces of rings - 2 of them do not come off of my hands. It is amazing how comfortable they are. Another one is for special occasions only. Also I've ordered 1 necklace, 1 bracelet and 1 ring for my man. He keeps his ring on on his free days, because he says, that he doesn't want to scratch it. But, come on, he went to work with that ring (he works in a factory and there is a lot of manual work) and there was no scratch on the ring. As for another - way more expensive - visual scratches. The bracelet comes with me everywhere - to the shower, cooking meals, cleaning, exercizing. And I am amazed how well it stays :) I did not brake not a single time, whereas other ones broke the same day I've put them on. So I don't know about the other shoppers, but I am very pleased with the quality, the shipping, the communication and service of the Vanessa Flair team. I am deffinetely a satisfied customer. Also, Valentines and mothers' days are coming. Guess where I am going to look for nice presents? :)

I really love how these pieces really match my style and they go with any occasion. I wear them almost all the time and they have lasted me a very long time. They are always my first pick when choosing a jewelry for any type of outfit.

The jewellery I received looked like the picture which I appreciated. But the quality was disappointing considering the price of the products on the website. The necklace I received broke after one wear, it wasn't pulled or dropped, it just broke out of no where. Overall the products feel a little cheap.

I was there as an ambassador, they make you promises and unfortunately don't keep anything, please be careful, the jewelry is beautiful, but the alleged service is very bad, you should keep your promise if you're already advertising them. be careful as an ambassador you are said to be offered 500 dollars only to get a rip off you do nothing except that you order and pay
