Excellent service, quality and value
It was fantastic to have Gary take on my order and build a fantastic menu based on the budget. He ordered perfect food and alcohol. We had Tana appointed as a staff member on the day and she was fantastic. All in all, it was excellent food, great quality and array of alcohol, the perfect amount (nothing left over) and amazing service for a very economical price. Thanks everyone.

Excellent Service
Rita was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection of our catering and beverage packages. We made several adjustments from the original quote, and she was accommodating and flexible throughout the process. All deliveries arrived exactly as described and on schedule, and the staff were punctual, well-organized, and exceptionally friendly.
The service ran smoothly from start to finish, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Both the food and drinks received many compliments from our guests (especially the arancini), everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Exceptional Service and Quality – Highly Recommended
We were extremely pleased with the catering and service provided by Vanilla Blue for our recent All-Staff Collaboration Day. Gary and his team were fantastic to work with - great communication, well-organised, and everything ran seamlessly throughout the day.
The food was delicious and received many compliments from staff. The Gold Conference Menu offered excellent value for money, with a wide range of dietary options, including plenty of gluten-free choices (which are often hard to find).
Service was timely and well-coordinated across all breaks, and Gary was very accommodating in repurposing leftover items from morning tea for afternoon tea. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer brewed coffee instead of coffee bags.
Highly recommend Vanilla Blue and commend Gary and his team for their professionalism and attention to detail.
