Background noise on phone was very loud…
Background noise on phone was very loud and distracting. The customer service man was hard to understand by talking very fast and hard to understand at times adding to the office background noise was not a good customer experience at all. Constantly having to talk to manager for clarity too which didn’t show competence

Paid a £200 depoist on one day
Paid a £200 depoist on one day, verified the next day on the phone they shoved the premium up 30%. Said the insurance is with aegis? But received credit agreements from premfina, not had any insurance documents, app they keep lauding shows nothing, no idea if i'm insured or not now and feel ripped off, they've had £200 to overcomplicate and cause problems

Be careful if you do not want to renew.
They only seem to answer the phone if you want to buy insurance, not if you want to end your policy.

The quote didnt represent to actual cost which include the brokers fee of £37.50 on top even after i had paid the quoted pric. I could have used a different comparison site without this added cost. The validation of this policy was done on line and again on the phone it took an hour or more.I could have completed it all on line with another site
