I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them based on how my exam was handled.
On my first attempt, I was failed due to having tabs open, which I accept. However, during that same test I was also logged out multiple times, which already raised concerns about the stability of their system.
For my second attempt, I made sure to follow all the rules carefully—no tabs open, correct browser, and everything set up properly. Despite this, I was again logged out during the exam, and it was later marked as a failure due to a recording issue.
On top of this, I had to pay for each resit, even though the second failure was clearly due to technical issues outside of my control.
What made things worse was the lack of support. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered and made multiple phone calls, many of which were not picked up. On the occasions I did get through, the staff were not very helpful and just seemed to want to get off the phone when I would call, and I was often told I would receive a callback which never happened, aside from one or two instances.
My internet connection is strong (around 216 Mbps), and I passed all system checks before both exams, so there was no indication the issue was on my end.
After all of this, the company eventually acknowledged that the recording failure was not my fault and I was finally able to get the exam passed—but only after repeated issues, chasing, and unnecessary stress.
Overall, the platform feels unreliable, and the customer service experience was poor. This situation could have been resolved much quicker and more fairly from the start.
