Absolutely brilliant service by professionals, I had a new solar panel and inverter fitted, neat and tidy, work, and friendly, I’ve just booked in to have a diesel heater fitted, and well worth the 340 miles round trip for piece of mind. Well done lads.

Happy Chilled Campers
This was my second visit to Van Junkies to complete a great set up for my VW T5 Camper. The system is 12 volt and 240 when plugged in to shore power.
On my first visit Nick and the team installedI 240 watts of solar and a 230 Ah Fogstar Drift pro battery, previously having a lead acid and no solar at all. The lithium battery is topped up from solar even on overcast days and trickle charged when moving. What a revelation, what a difference, never worrying about a battery going flat or below 50%. All monitored from apps so very manageable.

On my second visit then knowing I had ample power, Nick and the team replaced my 3 way inefficient gas absorption fridge with a two way compressor fridge and a Victron shore power battery charger add on for back-up, campsites, top ups. The whole system works seamlessly, giving me constant power for my needs, the new fridge temp range is maintained at 1.5 to 4.00 degrees C, ice in the freezer, always power in the system, so perfect, and it quickly re-gains the temp when the fridge is used. We never need to go through the wide temp fluctuations now.
And there’s still ample power for 12 volt charging, fans for those hot European days, and a small 300 watt inverter. It’s when using the electrics in the van you know it’s been professionaly installed and the solar and battery set up can handle it.

Nick and his team are kind, customer focused and know their stuff. They match your needs with their knowledge, skills and advice, and they come up with the goods. And quality goods they use. The Victron products etc are top quality with wiring and accessories to match.

If its professionally installed camper van power and products you need with the customer service Van Junkies are top of the game and cutting edge.

My overall requirements were understood by Nick, and developed to give me the best options to maximise my ability to use my Ford/Westfalia Nugget Plus Camper Van off grid (ie where there is no Electrical Hook Up)

After making contact with Nick and team , we had an upgrade of our electrical system using Victron Energy components, the work was excellent and the service/advice second to none.

Very Good. needed some parts for my van, ordering was easy via the website and delivery within 2 to 3 days. price was good (NOT the Cheapest) but quality of the parts received is excellent so very happy.
