Eric provided invaluable interview tips before the big day and even gave me a reassuring call right before the interview to ensure I was prepared and calm. His follow-up after the interview was equally impressive, quickly touching base to debrief and discuss next steps. Eric’s prompt and attentive communication throughout made a huge difference also made me feel valued and respected as a candidate. i have known vantage resources and the current md (jason mcneill) since 2006. vantage resources got me my first job in ireland back in 2006. the way they handled my employment permit, helped with travel from india to ireland and my initial stay here in dublin told me how professional vantage were (and remain).

since 2006, as i have moved through my career, over the last 18 years, i have done business with vantage in many roles. jason mcneill found me my subsequent contract roles between 2012 and 2018. since 2018, as part of my job with fujitsu ireland, i have relied on vantage to provide me with top talent.
