Two stars for the packaging again. Caps in plastic bags aren’t really suitable they get crushed and the hats are expensive … please use recycled or recyclable brown boxes to send the caps in. Other cap sellers send in boxes 📦…

After talking to Lewis and seeing the cap was crushed and sent in a plastic bag they are rectifying the issue looking into my suggestion and refunded me which I didn’t ask for … but gratefully received. ☺️

1 thing stopped me giving the 5 stars. Should of given the 1st order 10% off before I ordered my 1st order. All in all everything else was great

Daughters birthday on a Sunday, ordered a Ferrari vintage jacket & tee-shirt on the Saturday morning - Spoke to Dan who was brill & got the stuff out and to post office, items arrived on the Sunday afternoon!! Exceptional service!!!

Superb t shirt and design .. it would have been better on a thicker fabric and with senna written behind the neck .. otherwise I’d buy one.

Ordered a Ferrari cap as a present, when it arrived the peak was wonky and wouldn’t go flat, not sure if a manufacturing fault or damage by courier. Contacted Vantage97 and Dan emailed back within 20 minutes. Pic of hat sent as requested and Dan contacted Puma the manufacturer, they agreed to replace. New cap sent and received following day. Fantastic communications and service, thank you Dan. We have previously bought merchandise at their stall at Silverstone, well priced and good range of products.

I go to there store located at brands hatch a lot and lovely people there, and use there online sometimes easy to use and arrives very quickly.

There was a small issue with a top I ordered which they sorted out super quick. Brilliant customer service and would happily use again.

After seeing a Facebook post recommending this shop, I decided to make the 100 mile trip. I was not disappointed.. They have an amazing selection of motorsport clothes, hats and merch, Luckily enough they had the F1 Silverstone 2025 Lewis Hamilton Cap in stock (which I could not get anywhere else)
Thank you to the lovely staff too, they were very chatty and friendly.

The customer service from Vantage97 has been outstanding. Made my second order with them recently and upon delivery all items weren’t in the parcel, messaged them and they made sure the rest of my items were sent out straight away. Upon them arriving one of the items was incorrect, so I messaged them again and the correct item is on its way to me. The customer service has been so swift and apologetic, mistakes happen and they way they have handled this has been impeccable.
Will recommend them to all my friends who love motorsport!

Really impressed with the customer service from this shop. I ordered my son a Ferrari onesie which I realised was too big when it arrived. I emailed Vantage97 to explain and see if I could exchange. They kindly sent me a return label and posted out the smaller size once they received the item back. 5*

I made my first order last night and realised this morning I'd ordered the wrong item. (ordered kids, needed adults size) I dropped them an e-mail this morning to say 'don't send I'll call and pay the difference'. Called them and spoke to a very nice person who said 'no problem, we've picked up your message and we're sending the adults size out at no extra cost, we all make mistakes'.
Awesome service, more than I expected. First rate. Thank you very much ***** 5 star service
