Very very bad experience,they take money and then never respond to your message through all channels…waiting for my order with no updates since 15 days now,i regret buying from vanya and it seems a scam to me now

To deliver my dress within 2 days and guess they actually did it and the dress was sooo good mashallah

I ordered an article online more than a week ago and still haven’t received it, despite informing them that I needed it before my flight. Now they are saying it will take another week due to the delivery partner. Their service is quite slow compared to other brands. The quality is also below average. Additionally, they were not very accommodating over phone calls and messages. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The dress I bought from Vanya it’s absolute elegant. I’m so much satisfied with it. I’ll definitely purchase again & again. Best wishes for Vanya.

Deliver time 20-25 day to Dubai is too long also refused to refund once paid.

Dont buy. they are frauds. show different and deliver check and ugly stitched items. not woth 100 rupees but selling for 10K.

Worst experience , pathetic fabric quality , pathetic stitching ,the cutting of dress omg didn't seems like its a brand / designer dress , very low quality . I dont recommand .

This is my worst purchase ever from Pakistan. The outfit looks completely different and the stitching is appalling. Loose beads hang instead of being securely sewn on and the fabric itself is riddled with defects. The dress shape is off and the hems are terrible. Please avoid buying from them. My daughter’s cape doesn’t fit her head and I had to have my seamstress open it. I paid a high price for international shipping and I’m so disappointed with my money and this purchase for Eid.
