I have been using Vape and Juice for about 4yr's now. After I moved 90mile away from there Leigh-on-sea shop to Norfolk I continued to use them and find there postal service is excellent.

I’ve been ordering from Vape & Juice all through lockdown over the past 12 months. Quick delivery, everything you’d expect. I just wanted to highlight an excellent example of great service from them over the last 2 days. I ordered a new vape pod from them, it arrived next day - however the battery that came with it was a dud. I called the hotline and explained the problem, they promptly dispatched a brand new battery which arrived today (despite me calling them at 4pm yesterday!). I think a sign of great service is how a company reacts when things go wrong (as they do with any company from time to time). In this instance V&J really excelled and left a really good impression on me. Great work to all involved, keep it up!
