I was a frequent customer. I love the facility to earn loyalty points. I really dislike recieving faulty products, with no way to contact. I've sent numerous emails which have all been ignored. Texted and called the mobile number supplied to no avail. This doesn't retain trust. Sadly I've switched suppliers now and having to process refund via charge back. Loyalty rewards counts for nothing when devices arrive faulty.
