I placed my first order with this company and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of my vapes where it leaked (this does happen sometimes with the brand I use) anyway, I immediately contacted them and after sending photos and a video of the item I was quickly issued a refund. I must say their staff are excellent and couldn't be more helpful. I shall be buying only from them from now on.
