Vapemarkdown Reviews

VapeMarkDown has been a great place to purchase vape devices for personal use at a whole sale discount. I have been purchasing from them for several years and there orders are always correct and come in a timely manner. I have recommended them to several friends and family members.

I highly suggest you give these guys a try!

Received my first incorrect order with the several years I’ve been with VapeMarkdown. Sent them an email regarding this issue and received a call within the next hour from them to address the issue and provide solution. Great customer service, prompt response to issues and I honestly did not consider mine a huge issue for a first one after so many years

Great service and fast return very professional company.

This is hands-down my favorite vape shop. They carry a big assortment of vapes. If you should have any questions, etc., email them and they get right back to you. Customer service is A+.

This is the most amazing company I have ever used. I will not but my vapes anywhere else except here. The prices are amazing and I want to thank Mike and his staff for calling me when my favorite flavor comes in.

Very apologetic, very friendly and fast with service and getting problems taken care of! I always order from then and never have any problems 😌

Customer service was amazing! I had an issue with some vapes and they honored the fix immediately. Would only buy from here!

personally called to update on order based on my comments. Even got me a few things that were out of stock.

Made a mistake thinking I didn’t get one of my vapes. The gentleman was so kind and I misread my order, he still proceeded to give me a coupon for my next order. He was very kind and understanding and respectful! Been ordering from this company for couple months now, love this company! Definitely will continue to Order again!!
Thank you

I have ordered several times.
All my orders were promptly shipped. On the rare occasion there was an issue, it was promptly resolved. I will not shop anywhere else. You are stuck with me for the rest of my life ...lol

Steve went above and beyond to make my experience perfect!! Will definitely recommend this site to everyone, much appreciated!! Great product at the cheapest prices!

I recently had an unpleasant experience that was handled somewhat poorly by Mike which is rather unfortunate. Perhaps maybe he was having a bad day? Ah, who knows what he was going through -- all I know is that the exchange didn't exactly end well. I got refunded for the defective products after some debate. Then I received a --phone call-- today and (WAIT WHAT? A PHONE CALL?? Yes, an actual, real live, son-of-a-gun human being called me) spoke to Jack, who was excellent at reviewing all that had gone wrong with the last interaction, and summarily rectified all issues that had happened and apologized profusely for the negative experience I had with Mike. I was also given a store credit to handle the shipping costs. The man did a fine job taking care of everything and you can tell he takes customer service very seriously. In fact, he also made certain they would have the item I planned on purchasing again and assured me they'd have the product in by Wednesday. Jack acknowledged me as a man and a Veteran and treated me with respect and dignity - even thanked me for my service. He was extremely pleasant to speak to and work with.

You don't come by people like this every day, but when you do, you love to see it. And Mike, if you see this review, just know that there are no hard feelings and we all have off days.
