No Shipment and No Response from VapeRoyalty
I have purchased from this company for years. They were always great with their customer service and they had fast shipping. However, recently they have not been processing my orders and will not respond to emails. I placed 2 orders in July of 2025 and both still show as processing. I've emailed both the support email and the sales email address with no response.
Disappointing, ridiculous.
Update #2: On Sept 29 received email saying order had shipped. It is now Nov 2...still havent seen anything. No tracking information provided like they used to. Nothing. Just stay away.
Update: Aug 18th, still no items, still no response to the 10 emails i have sent. Please just avoid this site. I don't know why but now they just steal your money.
Ordered on July 16th and still on processing as of today(the 31st). Have sent several emails and no response. Almost $150 that will have to be disputed. This site used to be great, ordered several times. Now just a big rip off.

Placed an order on July 13th $135. Never had an issue for the past 5 years ordering. Havent received my package and I’ve emailed at least 96x. No one is responding. Go to your bank and dispute it. This place is apparently down the tubes now. I’m so angry!!! The nerve of this company. I will never shop there again. They’ve always been amazing with customer service. The fact that so many people have had this happen in July 2025 it’s just sad and messed up. They better make this right.
Longtime customer never had a problem…
Longtime customer never had a problem until three weeks ago. I placed an order over $100 emailed them three times. No response order just processing the same issue as a lot of other people are having now. I guess we should start reading these reviews every time you order from someplace whether you’ve ordered from them or not. I guess next step will be the credit card company and let them figure out fraud charges. I left another email today so will give it a couple more days.
Customer since 2019...never again
I've been ordering from Vape Royalty since 2019. I placed an order on 07/16 and it has been in processing limbo since. I emailed them on 07/27, saying I wanted to cancel my order because I bought something similar from the local vape shop. No answer from them. 07/29 @0800, I get an email my order finished processing and was shipped. Yesterday my order was still being processed but magically it was shipped this morning. Never ordering from this place ever again and I'm warning all my buddies to stay away!

Placed an order on July 20th. Haven’t received tracking. They used to be legit but if I were to guess. It’s an exit scam now.
No communication whatsoever.
I went through what everyone else did and I actually got my order today. Three weeks later. I was kinda surprised, still I wouldn't order from them ever again, with the insane amount they charge for shipping it should arrive in a reasonable time frame. Also no communication whatsoever. Only posting these to let people know there is some hope your order will arrive.

Made a order to be shipped on July 25 2025, have not seen a update yo my order, still says processing. Ive contacted the customer service email with no response. Lucky for me I have navy fed, and if they do not sent the order or refund me, I can file a claim and the bank with refund me my money and proceed to going after the company. Ill come back and update as the situation develops
Don't buy from Vape Royalty
Ordered items on the 11th, shipped on the 29th. Repeated emails sent to request update were ignored. Do not buy from this company, they are horrible at customer service

I have never had a problem with them until i ordered on 7/12/25 still in processing mode and also they took the money out of my fiancée account as he bought them for me. He will probably end up having to go dispute the charge.

Vape Royalty Ghosted me.
I’ve been a long-time customer of Vape Royalty since their California days, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for three items totaling $67.54, and while they charged my debit card, they never shipped the order. I’ve reached out via email five times with no response. At this point, they’ve neither shipped my products nor issued a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ive been shopping here for years but my last order of $231 has not shipped. After multiple emails and inquiries sent with no response, ill have to dispute the charge. Up until now, they have always got back to me very quickly. I am disappointed but hope they are ok
Somethin fishy is going on
At least I'm not alone in this! I also placed an order on the 12th of July and have received no shipping notice or any response to my request to just cancel the order and give my money back! I'm disputing the transaction through my bank. This really sucks because I've been a loyal customer since '23. Guess it's time to stop vaping :(
Ive been a customer since 2018
Ive been a customer since 2018. Have never had an issue before. However, I placed an order on July 8th (it is currently July 23) and it never shipped. I've tried to contact them through every available avenue but have received no communication AT ALL. No response whatsoever. I don't know what is happening but this is just poor business practices.
Have use Vape Royalty for years
Have use Vape Royalty for years and never had an issue. Recently placed an order on 7/14 and have not gotten any tracking or shipping from them in 10 days. 3 emails have been sent and 3 email have been ignored. I hate to say this, but stay away from Vape Royalty. Something has changed in the company and its not good.
Took Order, Didn't Ship, Won't Respond to Inquiries.
I've been a customer since 2020. On July 7th they took an order and I've contacted them 4 different times 2 different ways (email and web portal) to request an ETA for the shipment and they have just decided not to respond. I've initiated a card chargeback and will never use them again.
