In fact, we are so confident with our selection processes we extend all manufacturers warranties to 3 months when most manufacturers offer 30 days. (For any and all manufacturing faults). If your device is damaged we pride ourselves on having the largest selection of vape accessories, replacement tank glass and spare parts in the country. We do not immediately try and sell you a new tank and we also keep vape coils and pods for every tank we sell and some we never have until they become unavailable to us or do not sell. When it comes to e-liquids, all of the vape flavours we have only ever stocked if the manufacturers could prove 1) They were manufactured in ISO rated labs and 2) They could provide independent toxicology reports. This ensures we have some of the best e-liquids online. Refreshingly Good
There are so many less than reliable vape websites these days, half of them purporting to be UK based when they're far from it. That's why it's nice when you find a reliable one that delivers what they promise when they promise. Very happy with the service. Two new bulb glasses for my vape, ordered and delivered promptly.

Only once had an issue when the wrong flavour was mistakenly sent out. They responded immediately, sending out the correct ones which I received the following day. They also said to keep the 'wrong ones' and 'pay forward' if they were no use to me.
100% highly recommend.

Excellent service, fast no hassle delivery. The coils (aspire bvc) are perhaps a little on the expensive side but the batteries are great value.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Ordered 2 Ovid variable batterys which arrived within 48 hours. They were cheaper than ones bought previously from other suppliers and free delivery. Will definitely buy again.

No problems
First-time customer. I'm always wary about first-time purchases. I had no problems with this vendor. Bought a product that is not widely available (glass for an old tank). Ordered on Monday. Received on Wednesday. Fair price. I'm a happy customer and would gladly use this vendor again.

Vapers heaven!
I have vaped for about 6 years and was getting so annoyed with having to shop around and chase quality service, advice and products and then I discovered this beautiful shop and the fine fellows that have the pleasure of working there. It's a one stop shop that provides everything I need , quality products at very good prices, excellent advice and service with a smile.
