This is my first order with Vapestorm. I found the website to be easy to negotiate (and forgiving!). The prices are competitive and I placed my order. The feedback and information was excellent and I saw that my order had been picked and dispatched within 20 minutes. Delivery (free) was in the middle of the schedule, and by Royal Mail, so good updates and delivery from people who know where you. I wish I had found this company before now.

I have been purchasing my vape fluids from vapestorm for several years and have always had a 1st class service. They are very reasonably priced and delivery is on time. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service. Always had my delivery when stated and only once in 11 months have they not had a product I ordered. They contacted me to see if I wanted a replacement or a refund on my partial order. I asked for refund and got it right away very pleased with this company.

Nothing made it great but vapestorm price and quality of their liquids is outstanding i use them about 10 times a year don't always leave a review because I'm always repeating myself

Bought 2 Aspire Veynom Air vape kits from them. Cheapest price, prompt delivery and great kits that charge very fast.

I would not use this company again. I purchased 200 bottles of Crystal Vape Liquid, as they present themselves as wholesalers in the product description. I selected 24 hour delivery because we required the stock urgently.

By 4:20pm the following day, I received an email advising that items were out of stock. After agreeing alternative flavours, I contacted Stephen via WhatsApp to confirm dispatch, only to be told that further flavours were also unavailable.

At that point, we cancelled the order due to the lack of organisation. It is unacceptable to advertise wholesale quantities if you are unable to fulfil them. I also found Stephen’s communication to be unprofessional. He stated, “That’s right. We’re not able to dispatch 100 bottles of liquid overnight either,” which directly contradicts the 24 hour delivery option offered at the point of purchase.

They then proposed delaying dispatch or sending the order in parts, which did not meet our needs. If you are purchasing in bulk, I strongly recommend using a supplier that can reliably operate as a true wholesaler.

Unfortunately, this was not our experience. Communication from VapeStorm was poor throughout. At 4:20pm (the following day) we were informed that the Strawberry Burst flavour was out of stock. By 4:30pm we had selected alternative flavours, only to be told again at 6:30pm that additional flavours were unavailable, without any clarity on which ones.

At that point, we decided to cancel the order. While multiple deliveries had been mentioned, there was no clear breakdown of quantities or what would actually be supplied.

Fortunately, we have since sourced the same products from another supplier at a significantly lower price.

Excellent service and very good customer service and excellent prices

Have been using Vapestorm for some years. Always offer a quick reliable service. Good prices as well. A company I feel I can trust to deliver the service.
