I read the reviews on trust pilot after I put my order in so I was a bit put off
But it all went very well.

I had to phone Mr Khan about the invoice and that was cleared up quickly and he told me my kit had been sent and it had its here now I ordered on Tuesday I can't argue with that service I will use them again.

If I could give minus 100 I would. Biggest scam company run from a house yet states business is 'vape shop' Be very aware you will not get your item. This is why they removed PayPal as a payment option so you cant claim back your money.

SCAM I ordered 3 boxes of vapes and received 1 open box with 8 vapes in. I'm far from a nasty person and I never write reviews. Please trust me, do not send any money to these people.

**DON'T USE**FAKE WEBSITE. You don't receive the items. Address is just a house on a street. No reply to emails. No answer to phone calls. I wish i checked reviews before purchase.

Clearly a scam/fraud. Well setup website, but once you've paid there is no confirmation and no answer to email/phone/text.
Any positive reviews are clearly fakes given the poor use of language.

Tried to BLACKMAIL ME REGARDING EBAY FEEDBACK.
I was a regular customer on eBay. I ordered a new vape. When it arrived the glass came broken. I contacted them straight away and sent pics. Was offered a part refund SO I CAN FIND NEW GLASS as they had no replacement glass. I said I have a refund or a replacement vape please . I sent vape back and after a long time I kept getting FOBED OFF.. SO I LEFT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Was told if I take feedback down they will refund. I said I should not need to take feedback down to get my money back on a broken vape. I had a message blunt refund issued.. to my disgust they only issued half my money. When I asked why they said POLICY ON A USED ITEAM. ### IT WAS NEVER USED. ### You can see from pics it never used.. now I going argue my case though bank.. we talking about £8.50 here
but it's the principle as they stolen my money . imagine there reaction if you have a problem with a big order...

I really hope this cost them customers and saves someone else getting robbed..

I was sent a vape it leaked constantly I sent it back and they refunded only half the money do not buy from here I would not recommend to any one

Took my money and never received my goods! Have reported to my bank and the police as its fraud.

Emailed several times and no reply.

I ordered a battery from this company paid for it they stated on their website 2 to 3 working days delivery 12 days later I still have not received my order, I’ve emailed them 5 times and as yet have had no response I tried ringing them on the number given on their site but the number is not recognised, I would strongly advise people not to buy from this company as it could be fraudulent.

First time using this company , I got a good price , good comms and swift despatch , and they use Royal Mail and not certain others , so , over all I'm very happy .

Avoid this company. Take money for items they don't have in stock, only refund when informed further action is to be taken.

Do not buy from these people they take you're money and dont send the goods .Have tried phoning and email but no answer.look on other feedback forums its the same story.luckily ive only lost just over a tenner other people have lost a lot more.
