Even though the no longer carried a product I ordered from a distribution partner, they mailed me an upgraded version at no cost. Great customer service!

Easy to use, Small and portable, Has a temperature range, stays charged for a good amount of time. Mine came with the poke stick and I love that.

I show it to my friends all the time and a few of them have bought one too. I know vape pens are popular now but I just don't think they taste as good and getting fills is inconvenient. I love having actual greens in hand so this has been great for me.

Vapium quit holding a charge after a few uses

I love my Vapium vaporizer it works well as long as the filter is cleaned. The charging pad is a different story it doesn't hold a charge or charge in the sun.

I purchased the vapium summit + through vape smart. The product was not functioning properly (Could not connect to app, extremely hard draw and produced no vapor). I contacted vapium and they were very helpful, sending an email with tips and videos, awesome customer support. It was concluded that the unit was faulty and would be replaced. Vape smart failed to send a replacement after I was told several times it was shipped, and took almost a week to process my refund. I had high hopes for this product and would really have loved to see how one worked defect free.

Purchased this for my boyfriend, for Christmas. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

Not impressed. Tried oil and solids, I followed directions and various other settings and just didn't get a good pull. The Bluetooth and the app are cool but would definitely prefer function over useless tech. If your looking for big draws I suggest doing more research

I've purchased 3. One for myself and two as gifts. It's easy to use and it's very easy to clean. Battery life is pretty good too. The black is discreet, but at night time be ready to block the bright blue light with your thumb. Can't beat it for the price.

I used Vapium because they were the authorized service center for a defective product I bought at a local retailer. Their customer service was excellent and my product was replaced under warranty.
