You'll lose money depositing and withdrawing
Deposit amount in USDT: $1035
Amount credited to the account: $991
Withdrawal amount: $911
Amount withdrawn: $888
They say it's because of the conversion rate from euro to dollars. So my USDT was converted to euro then to dollars again, and the same happened when I withdrew the money
That's in addition to their terrible broker. Their execution of trades is over 500 ms. When I told them, they fixed it, but then the extra imaginary spread was worse. I open the trade with 15 spread on gold and it goes to 50 spread instead
Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Thanks for your feedback,
The currency conversion fee was presented to you at the time of the deposit, and would have been easily avoided if you had opted to have a EUR base currency account.
However as your account was in USD it required a physical exchange. This is normal even when making regular cross currency transactions using your bank account.
We aim to keep deposit/withdraw fees to a minimum, however they are in place to cover the conversion and exchange rate fees which are incurred in processing your transaction.
We have taken a look at your order execution after the improvement was made, and your trades were being executed in between 3 to 10 milliseconds - which is exceptional and near 0 latency.

Beware!
Beware!
They steal your money with every little opportunity. You can't make money trading with Varianse.
They have the highest commission and swap fee among all the brokers in the world.
They even take 1% charges for every deposit
They will also take 1% charges for withdrawal plus extra $5.
I withdraw $20 from Varianse and I was paid $14. You can't make a penny trading with Varianse.
They are worse than scammers, Beware.

Funding rates are transparent and clearly shown in the client portal prior to making a deposit or withdrawal, and they are normal on online platforms and websites taking payments.
We try our best to keep them to a minimum, however they are in place to cover the payment processing fees.
Whist we do not agree with your defamatory comments which we find inappropriate given the circumstance, we will do our best to improve in the future.

Kompliziert, zu teuer, schlechter Kundenservice
Sehr kompliziert bei Kontoeröffnung, noch komplizierter bei Geld Anweisungen und schier unnahbar kompliziert, Geld abzuheben. Fazit, von allen Brokern, und ich kenne viele, der komplizierteste, teuerste und schlechteste Kundenservice.
