Never buy a scooter from this company because when you get a flat and you will it's virtually impossible to get another tire or inner tube that is the correct one I've been trying for over a year and they can't seem to help me, very bad customer service I havnt rode my scooter in over a year

I received my order faster than I expected. It was easy to install and works great.

I purchased the Eagle One Pro. Shipping was fast packaging was very good to protect during shipping.
Quality is above expectations.
This thing is not for the faint of heart. It is scary fast and very comfortable to ride.

Charging the scooter and the scooter burned my house down last night

The scooter was purchased and it didn’t take long to get here at all, the scooter showed up and was easy to assemble, didn’t need any customer service or anything just put it together and I’ve been enjoying it since.

I ordered an LCD Display and Varla collected the funds on 3/3. Still today I have not received the item from the shipping company GOFO after at least 6 calls to them confirming the delivery address. I sent a contact request to Varla and to date I have not received a return call. Ready to put my Eagle One Pro into the dumpster if I do not get some immediate contact.

The LCD display controller's cord is too short. It won't fit on the handlebar in the correct place so I can't use it. I would like my money back but it is impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service.

The customer service is slow to respond and has generally been unhelpful. The instructional video provided for changing the part I needed had no audio other than whispering that wasn’t in English, and it wasn’t even my model of scooter. They are more interested in closing a support ticket than actually helping the customer.

Varla makes a good product for sure. They need to expand their online store to include the Falcon parts. When I needed to replace the kick stand I purchased the he closest model which is the Pegasus. While it wasn't there fault it didn't fit there was no other option. I contacted customer support twice and they finally responded after the 2nd attempt. After a lot of back and forth they finally sent me an invoice for the Falcon kick stand. So on top of 40 dollars for the first one it was another 32 dollars for the second one. They did discount the second one but the whole process was poorly executed. Also the only reason I needed the part was because they used cast aluminum. I get wanting to save weight but steel has more give and flexibility. Bad design really.q
Overall try his is my second one so again mostly well built and good prices.

I sent multiple emails cancelling an order and no one answered until the package was sent , I then rejected the delivery as I was told and was never informed on the return again until my credit card company billed me for it .
