scam services, dont trust this. they never fulfil what is shown on their website and whenevr you try to contact them, they will not pick your call

Extremely poor service. Their entire infrastructure was affected by a ransomware attack, and they appear to have no reliable way to restore their own data and servers.

It has been more than seven days, and all servers are still down. They have not provided a clear timeline for restoration, and they are not even sure whether the data will ever be fully recovered.

Meanwhile, customers are suffering significant losses, yet there has been little to no response to support tickets, WhatsApp messages, or calls. I have had to purchase a server from another provider just to resume my business operations.

Think twice before choosing this provider. It may be worth paying a little more for a reliable infrastructure provider with proper backup and disaster-recovery measures.

I will never again trust a so-called “Edge Data Center” that does not appear to maintain reliable backups of its own infrastructure.

VCCL Hosting is cheap, but don't be tempted. It's not worth it because the servers crash for days together without any feedback. You can't do anything because you have already prepaid for the service. We made a big mistake by trusting VCCL Hosting - we first had a linux server VOS server- this crashed for over 5 days. They reassured us that it would never happen again so we took up another windows VPS. As of now both have been unreachable for about a week. The support numbers are also not not responding.

I used there VPS Linux with Cpanel services for one year Contract Prices of the configuration was unbeatable and very attractive. After one month i face a horrible experience with there service. During the time of Update CPanel. license crashed. There Team Specially Mr. Sagar. He is an unaware of the system. I lost my Data, My Customer Trust, Revenue and my peace of Mind. Maximum Time there Network were Down and big thing the Team doest have nay idea about it. The did not response of ticked, over phone, my server was stucked more than 24 Hr because of there lack of knowdlege. If you want peace of Mind never look to VCCL

I had a very disappointing experience with this VPS company. I purchased a one-month VPS plan and completed the payment successfully. However, before I could properly use the service, my account was suddenly suspended.

The company later mentioned issues related to a previous month even though they had already accepted payment for the current service period. Due to this, I lost access to important trading data and services, which caused financial inconvenience and stress.

Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue properly. I request the company to either restore the service immediately or provide a full refund.

I recommend that customers carefully verify the company’s policies and support quality before purchasing.

I am using its Dedicated cloud server from 6-7 months. Satisfied so far with the performance and the team support. Initially sales and support team helped in the migration of entire setup which were on other provider. Definitely highly recommended.

So cheap behavior of sales team, 0 professionalism and sales skill dont know how to talk to customer they are tried be boss of customer thanks didnt started with them. if someone considering thier services be AWARE AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE
