Vearce 

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Vearce on 17 June 2025 for €77.

After normal use, the shoes started showing serious quality issues. The leather on the upper part became damaged and eventually the shoe completely came apart.

I tried to contact customer support several times regarding a warranty claim, but received no response. The support email address listed on the website appears to be non-functional and returns delivery errors.

What disappoints me most is not the product defect itself, but the complete lack of customer service and communication. A company selling products in the EU should provide a working support channel and handle customer complaints properly.

I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Ho acquistato un phon Dyson si e' rotto dopo poco, ho provato più volte a contattarli per far valere la garanzia, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nessuno richiama, nessuno risponde alle richieste, totale assenza di supporto.
Considerando che questi prodotti dovrebbero avere almeno 2 anni di garanzia , è inaccettabile essere completamente ignorati quando si ha un problema.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a refurbished Dyson Supersonic from this website. After only a few uses, the device started working intermittently and then produced a visible spark at the base of the cable before completely stopping.

I immediately opened a return request and contacted customer support. The website clearly states that emails are answered within 1 working day, but it has now been 5 days with no response.

So far I have only received an automatic confirmation of the return request, but no real assistance, no return instructions, and no support.

Very poor customer service, especially considering this involves a potentially dangerous electrical defect.

The worst service i has, sent my package back, didnt recieved money 2 months, has to use a paypal conflicts to return. They just ignoring.

Cuidado con esta página! Compré un secador DYSON y era falso pero a precio del auténtico.
Funcionó durante 1 minuto y se apagó, yo no era consciente de que era falso y reclamé, me hicieron devolverlo y me mandaron otro secador, que funcionó durante un par de minutos antes empezar a oler a quemado y fundirse la boquilla del secador y el accesorio que tenía puesto, mi mujer podía haber salido ardiendo.
Son unos estafadores.

Je n'ai reçu que 8 items sur 9. Commande passée le 2 décembre. Pas de résolution à ce jour après mes nombreuses demandes.
Depuis aujourd'hui j'ai un message qui me dit que l'adresse mail support n'est plus attribuée.
Le formulaire de contact en ligne est en erreur 404 au moment de l'envoi.

Il phon Braun è silenzioso e potente. Perfetto per usarlo la mattina presto senza disturbare nessuno.

Il phon Babyliss asciuga velocemente e lascia i capelli morbidi, non crespi. Molto comodo da usare, leggero in mano.

J’aime beaucoup les vêtements de Other Stories. Style simple mais très chic, bonne qualité.

I bought a coat from Other Stories, and it fits beautifully. Very classy and well-made.

I received an email nearly a week after placing my order, stating that there was an issue with my shipment and that I should contact the courier, with no accountability from their part whatsoever. They then said that they'd sent me the wrong tracking number and that they would place a new order with an extra 10% off. Once I accepted, they stopped replying, so I asked to cancel the shipment, to which they replied it'd already been made and couldn't be cancelled, and I would get a partial refund within 2 days. It's been a week, and they haven't replied to my multiple emails requesting said shipment's tracking link and the partial refund.

Pessima esperienza, acquistato un phon Shark il 21/10, pagato regolarmente, dopo 2-3 giorni mi avvisano che l’articolo ordinato non è disponibile e sarebbe arrivato il 5/11, decido e comunico che aspetterò il riassortimento. Arriviamo al 5/11 mi vedo arrivare una comunicazione di rimborso senza che io avessi richiesto nulla. SERIETÀ SOTTO ZERO, STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO SITO

Zwei paar Schuhe bestellt, nach einer Woche per Mail auf deutsch, nach zwei Wochen auf niederländisch nachgefragt. Keine Antwort bekommen. Mehrfach angerufen, nie ist jemand ran gegangen, auch kein Rückruf. Nach drei Wochen kam unaufgefordert über Paypal das Geld zurück. Die Schuhe muss ich jetzt woanders kaufen.

Ich habe mit Bestellungen auf dieser Website immer hervorragende Erfahrungen gemacht. Gestern bestellt und innerhalb von vier Tagen wurde es ordentlich und gut verpackt geliefert.

Nach 2½ Wochen Wartezeit habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Der Verkäufer geht nicht auf Mailanfragen ein und ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Angelegenheit über PayPal erfolgreich rückgängig gemacht. Nicht zu empfehlen

So ein unseriöses Unternehmen.
Habe was bestellt....nach 3 Wochen nachgefragt wo meine Bestellung bleibt... daraufhin vertröstet und auf DHL geschoben...2 Tage später Bestellung storniert...
Weder gesagt warum wieso oder sonst was....

Ho ordinato qui un asciugacapelli Laifen e una piastra per capelli GHD per la mia professione e tutto è arrivato sano e salvo.
