We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received from the veark team, especially Dan from customer service. After receiving a product with a manufacturing defect purchased through an external website—and outside the standard exchange window—we reached out to the company directly, unsure if anything could be done. Dan not only listened to our situation with kindness and professionalism but went above and beyond by arranging a free replacement for us.
Today, we received the new product, and it’s everything we hoped for and more! We are truly grateful for the outstanding service and the way they turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Thank you for your generosity and for showing what true customer care looks like!

I can unequivocally recommend Veark and their products. Everything is beautifully made and packaged. It is robust, elegantly functional and even better in real life. Their customer service is excellent - it’s responsive, attentive and refreshingly human. Everything I have ever bought from Veark is a joy to use and need never be replaced.

Beautiful product and great service

I received my order but it was a bit of a hustle.
Weirdly I wasn’t receiving delivery updated from PostNL but it wasn’t the fault of Veark.
I emailed 3 times Veark within 10 days to know where was my delivery at. Then when I posted a 1* review here, I had an answer the next day. I learned I had to pick up my order with in 24h to the pick up point.
They are nice (I emailed them before the order was shipped for some stuffs and they answered). But then I had to put a bad review to have an answer, that’s a bit disappointing.

Jeg bestilte flere forskellige ting fra firmaet. efter bestilling og betaling (pengene var trukket på mit kort) fik jeg besked om at mine varer blev gjort klar til afsendelse. og så skete der ikke mere før jeg selv henvendte mig til firmaet. Jeg var nervøs for at det var snyd - men heldigvis var der en foklaring på at varerne ikke kom. Det er god varer som jeg er godt tilfreds med - men ringe kommunikation om forsinkelse.
