Played a game and thought I'd won a super bonus after £30 but seemingly that only unlocks it. After another £130 I managed to win the super bonus and got a massive £17.10. Doesn't really seem fair or compliant does it ?

Restricted from making any more deposits then contact support and they close and lock me out of my account. . William Hill are the most cheating scamming BaS..eds I know take over £1500 in deposits then kick you out. Thiefs... liers

They will not pay out your winning bet as they give you “technicality’s’ And small print lies and they are full blast little Pinocchio’s …. You contact them they ignore you! Blatant winning bet and won’t pay out as listen to this waffle “ player wasn’t on field for the yellow’ as he was walking off from being subbed NO PAYOUT isn’t the first time they done this but will be the last time . Stay away!!! I registered deposited for my good luck not a huge amount, start playing and after 1 minute they kicked me out I tried to log back in but it would not accept my password. I tried to contact the customer support through the website but they just reply once saying I need to give them a bit of time to have a look and never came back. However at the same time the site page was kicking me off as well. In short words I got scammed! Every time I was trying to reset the password it would do it but it won’t let me log. No chance to get in touch with customer support. Stay away from SCAMMERS!

this company at first appeared ti be very generous regularly handing out free spins and several free fames a day u could play to win funds to try other games ..... however this was very short lived they abruptly withdrew at least 60percent of the free games they used to offer and big wins became very few and far between too, in fact id go as saying when i had very little investment moneywise into their site they were showering me with freebies the more i paid into their games etc and became a regulat customer or depositer the more tight fisted they became, it was almost like a reverse paychology in how to acheive customer satisfaction. theyre regular little scrooges these days so to be honest i think they mislead me into wanting to become a frequent customer as once i did they no longer wanted to keep me happy or felt like suiting my budget or requirement and truthfully i feel like these marketed themselves very deceitfully as a result

Williamhill is pretty good I get big wins quite alot and i enjoy playing the games because I find you generally win more often compared to some other apps whether it's big or small wins it seems my money lasts longer but once you get a couple of nice wins like 300 or something its best to come off the app because then it turns into a money pit. I've also noticed if you regularly deposit you never win on the bonus drop my partner has an account never deposits and she wins it every single day 😄

William Hill Vegas.....please keep well away ! The odds of winning is was i would call shocking....month after month I lose. I would like to see the overall stats and win % even just over the last 3 months. I know through there website on vegas it has been over £2000 down and i only play 10p slots....please keep well away it will spoil your life. William Hill you know exactly what i am talking about.

I don't usually have a problem with William Hill but I've just played one of their slots, Beriched, and lets just say they've found a real money spinner, for them!
It's got everything. A Recipe feature that promises to turn all marked symbols into wilds. A free spins feature and jackpot symbols. The only problem is, after 400+ £1 spins there was no sign of any of the features turning up. The wins, when you get them, are occasionally £9-10 but mostly they are in pence, and few and far between. after £500+ I finally got the Recipe feature up and looked forward to a big win as I had a screen filled with wilds. I was rewarded with £9.50 which was labelled "big win" I can't say if the free spins feature pays any more than that as I could not afford to carry on playing a slot that considered £9.50 a big win. The jackpot, as always, never looked like materialising. Be warned as the only people to be "Beriched" on this slot is the William Hill organisation!
