I won a jackpot and nnever was paid out it glichd and th first customer service ep I had said they could se my betting 2.00 and the the next day they couldnt. Even see me playing the game I wouldn't play with this joke of a casino

Don't play at this casino they trick you to put money on your account and they make it sound good to where they give you a bonus to go along with your money and they don't even tell you it's a 40 times play through to even to withdraw your winnings plus the only way you can redeem your money is through Bitcoin so just for you to know so they don't get you like they got me twice plus if you do try it out watch out for what your betting because I thought I was betting 40 cents I thought it said it was the lowest bet you can go and it ended up being 40$ bet I got at customer service and they said it was my fault and said I'm burnt that it was my fault they trick you thinking it's a 40 cent bet it really was a 40$ bet and plus if you get over two hundred bucks cash out right away because they will start taking it from you I tried every slot and wasn't hitting and they got all the money back this place is a scam don't trust them don't waste your time on customer service either they will act like they care but they screwed you over anyway possible

They would not let me withdraw the $100 in my account said they cannot verify me . I sent copy of credit card and valid ID, they stated that they would refund my $51 deposit, and then he laughed like he was a tough guy....what a joke of a casino.

I have 2 pending deposits that were not paid in the timeframe they promised & the customer service speaks generic language & is unwilling, not unable, to provide me with payment or estimated time to process payment & insist that I “be patient” Also I caught the roulette games stealing my chips

Do not play on this site its a scam. I've been waiting more than 2 weeks to receive free spins for 2 different games I was playing and received an error when I was trying to splay free spins on Jingle Jewels and Wrath of Medusa and called 800 number and was advised it would be fixed after the first game so I proceeded to play and then when i was finally awarded free spins on another game it also did the same thing , I was spinning for 10.00 and 7.00 when this happened, granted I started spinning with 1400 and in a mater of 5 minutes I had only won those free spins. After calling csr numerous times being told it would be escalated and resolved in 24 hours since Jan.28, 2024 I requested a refund on Feb. 14. 2024 and was told it would be reviewed within 24 hours if they would grant a refund and when i tried to log into the account on Feb 16, 2024 my account has been suspended. So I called again and was told to allow 2-6 hours for a resolution, which i doubt if anything happen since I've been given 24 hours everyday yet nothing done. Tney blamed the provider for the games but those games work on the other sites I play on without any issues.
