I deposited Rs.500 the payment was…

I deposited Rs.500 the payment was successful. But it did not reflect in my game account. I tried to connect with their support team but it just says our team is busy now or are not available. It was late in the night so I thought I will try the next day and it's been 3days now which ever hour of the day try to connect with their support team it always says the same thing. How do I connect with them if anyone can help then please do.
