I bought a promo package and did not get the free spins offered. Customer service was no help. Brand new player to this platform, and I would say they are a scam. I play online slots daily and was looking for a new platform, just to have more options. This platform won’t get my money! Not hard to credit me with the free spins I did not receive. I provided the screenshots of my purchase and they still could not help me.

I was worried because of the reviews I saw but I took a chance and won and received payment this morning. That's all I'm ever concerned with. Might not be my favorite online casino but I got paid!

Same story as many others. Hit an amazing streak and won over the $100 minimum threshold they have. Fine. I play more, select to cash out my $100 winnings. I tried to cash out more but was restricted to $100 maximum. After verification and stated $100 redemption was approved, they decided to only pay out $25, citing section 7 of their rules, which states they can decide not to pay you what you win if they don't want to, just because they don't want to. After nearly an 30 minutes chatting with support, they decided to close the chat and discontinue the discussion stating the decision is made.

The main issue was only getting $25 of my redemption. Now to be very clear they take 100% of your money. I even contacted support because I thought something was wrong. But that is their policy. I think people should know this before signing up.

They’re rip offs. Spent $20 and got $35 sweep coins. Then revived an additional $5 for confirming everything. Don’t hit one bonus anywhere. Didn’t hit for anything above $11 a roll. Sucked the money back so fast it wasn’t even funny. 57 rolls at one roll before I hit a $1 win. This place is comical. Waste of time and money.

Redeemed $100 SC just to Receive $25 SC WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER $75

They tell you you have a certain redeemable balance then pick whatever they want to pay you then start quoting statutes of their bylaws. They should tell you whats redeemable. Very shady practice. I see this is a normal thing with this company.

What ever happened to reading terms before playing. We all know we are bound by terms as soon as we click accept and then act all shocked when a rule is enforced. I'm just saying I won fair and square and guess what I got paid I read the terms made sure I had 0.000 in the account before depositing. The casino is legit just follow the rules and you'll be fine.and read their t&c that's all.

I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY GAVE ME SOME 5.7 RULE BULLSHIT WHICH DIDNT APPLY BECAUSE MY WINNINGS DID NOT COME FROM FREE SWEEP COINS. NEXT THING I KNOW THEY REFUNDED ME BACK WHAT I PAID FOR THE PACKAGES I PURCHASED. DONT PLAY ON THIS SITE AND SITES ALIKE. WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Won $212 and was only paid out $25. Bought a package bc that’s what you have to do in order to redeem. Was definitely looking forward to this app being legit and scam free but I was fooled. WILL NOT PLAY ANY LONGER AND WILL BE DELETING ACCOUNT!

By far the worst online sweeps ever played. They trick you into thinking you've won the limit redemption( which is 100.00$). Then pay you out 25.00$. I can agree i feel like I've been scammed. If I win off of free rewards they should automatically set the limit to 25.00$ instead of letting it exceed and thinking players won a lot of money. Not my favorite app but I can deem it as a lesson learned. Touche 💯

This site is a scam. They allow you to win off free sc thinking you won say 500sc and sucker you into buying to verify so you can redeem. Then only give you a 25 gift card and take the rest because it's off free sc. Which all sc is free. There is no such thing as buying sc. Its a free gift and if not qualifies the with real money gambling. This site is 100% a scam as well as fortune wheelz. So if your given anything free at either casino and win hundreds, you didnt,just 25 for a giftcard. So DONT buy anything to verify to be able to redeem. All your getting is ripped off all but 25 and that isn't redeemable for cash. Im pursuing legal action against the one site and I am positive the sites are run by the same company.

Worst casino i have ever played. Won $150, would only let me redeem $100, so I did and then they only gave me $25 and kept the $75. Also took the $50 i had left. Got ahold of support and they just kept saying the same thing for every question. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CASINO!!

This site is literally a scam, they make tou win $100 to be able to redeem and then they limit it to $25. It'd be different if you could redeem at $25 but no you have to win $100 first just so they can take -75 from you. 0/10 worst online sweeps casino I've played on yet. Why have a site if you don't want to pay out winnings!!

Add me to the list of people that should've checked Trustpilot before playing on this site! I've bought packages on here, the last one being January 19th. I've had it sitting at around $50 since then, as it wouldn't let me redeem until I was at $100. I finally got it to $100 on March 6th. I redeemed my $100, but of course, they only sent me $25 because of that lovely 5.7 rule (which is not in their terms and conditions) saying that the winnings were off of freeplay. Stay far away! I have put $120 into them, so at least I'm only out $95, but still...it's the principle.

You guys do realize that all the places only give you 25 if you win on FP??? I mean now I'm scared to deposit because of all of these but I'm going to anyway and I'll make sure I don't to any FP so I can really judge it for myself. But stop being mad about free money!!! It was still 25 you didn't have before? Now the one who said she paid and won after the FP, that's foul so I'll definitely be checking this place out. I should have checked Trustpilot first. As others have said, this company uses their rule 5.7 as a way to scam. Minimum redemption 100 but they only pay you 25 & say its because you recieved a bonus.

Min redemption is 100. They dont tell you that until you make a purchase. So if you buy a 5 dollar deal (for 11.25sc!) on first purchase good luck getting that to 100 😄 🤣. Nooo chance.

DEAD SPINS OVER AND OVER! I purchased a deal you receive $39.99 as I paid $29.99! I hit $0.80 one time out of all of those spins from $0.50 to a dollar! I will definitely not be back!
