Very friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived for my initial consultation. I feel everything involving the procedure was explained in great detail. My legs are still healing, however I am happy so far with the results. There is also a number to call afterwards for advice should you have any concerns.

The consultant was excellent- explained…
The consultant was excellent- explained the procedure and I felt very confident with him . Was very pleased with the outcome and could only give praise and thanks to him in the edinburgh vein centre. The nurse and receptionist were also very friendly and caring.

Friendly staff , Tracey at the front desk was lovely.
Navin the consultant was so polite and explained things , he wasn’t pushy at all. The nurse and the other doctor ( sorry can’t remember names) were also kind and professional. Everyone put you at ease & we had a laugh. Couldn’t fault a thing.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever. It created a lovely, relaxing environment. This continued through my examination by such a lovely team. The doctor explaining in depth the treatment I would undergo.

Treatment that I received was excellent…
Treatment that I received was excellent and would highly recommend. Daniel and his team were fantastic and friendly to deal with, also very supportive and gave clear instructions regarding compression stockings, taking medication etc. I would thoroughly recommend VeinCentre.

100% recommend
Friendly and approachable people with the level of knowledge I expected and need. This reassurance meant I felt comfortable with the process. Consultant had a people focussed manner, rather than just a medical focus.
Nurse very supportive and reassuring helped and talked through what was happening, engaging and approachable.
Receptionist/PA brilliant customer skills.
Would, so far 100% recommend to anyone needing treatment outside of NHS…

Great first consultation.
I didn't have to wait long for the appointment. During the consultation everything was explained in great detail and it was easy to understand what the problem was and what it's required to solve it. All staff were warm and welcoming.
Will definitely recommend to everyone to contact the centre.

I recently had EVLA and Foam…
I recently had EVLA and Foam Scierotherapy at the Edinburgh Vein Centre and was so impressed by such kind care and attention. My brilliant surgeon Navin explained the entire proceedure in detail and encouraged me to voice any questions. Irene my nurse was so cheerful and caring and I felt completely safe and looked after at every step. I attended a follow up appointment 6 weeks later and we were all so pleased that the procedure had been a complete success. I would like to mention the 2 lovely receptionists and also the very helpful and friendly service provided by the Stoke central office. I am enjoying pain free legs now and only wish I had decided on this treatment many years ago.
