Absolutely fantastic. Very friendly Doctor and nurses. Relaxed atmosphere. Put at ease all the way through the consultation and procedure Reception staff friendly and lovely coffee and biscuits.

Service from start to finish was excellent..staff were really polite and friendly and readily reassured me that all would be okay. I had my veins done and my activity levels have improved immensely in a short period of time..I was in and out within a hour ..very quick service. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is struggling with varicose veins.

Good call centre. Good locations, very professional - ask for Helen she exceeded my expectations for thread and varicose veins.

I was treated in a very friendly and respectful way from arriving on the car park, where a young lady directed me to the entrance.

Hi all, I hope you are all ok. I booked in with the veincentre in December 2024 following my initial consultation with Dr Ananth Krsihnan & Liz Jellyman. The organisation with the centre was very professional & faultless. Ananth & Liz were very good in making me feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedures I received, all went very well and I felt that I was the most important patient they had ever seen. All my procedures went very well including my referral and my legs look & feel amazing to how they had been. Costs outlined from the start so no surprise extras.
Laser ablation and sclerotherapy carried out almost painlessly by Dr Krishnan with nurse assisting. Both legs done in less than an hour and procedure explained as it went along. Friendly atmosphere throughout.
The following 2 or 3 days my legs were uncomfortable with a tight feeling over the treated areas but I had been told to expect this and had been given a booklet to read which gave details of what to expect. Paracetamol and ibuprofen was enough to relieve the pain.
I am very pleased with the result of my treatment and wish I had done it years ago.

Procedure was explained and was made to feel relaxed , Dr Krishnan and Liz were fantastic and professional as well as friendly and made me feel relaxed, can’t wait to see the full results, no pain whatsoever I have had worse waxes than that !!

I’ve had both my legs and face treated at veincentre Stoke. I have visited the clinic many times now and have always been greeted with the same professional friendly manner by all the staff. Ange always welcomes me with a smile and Helen and David really know what they are talking about. Liz is a tonic and excellent for distraction. The outcome has been life changing and has given me the confidence I really needed to be able to enjoy my life fully. Thank you Helen, David Liz and Ange. Excellent care and service provided by Veincentre in Stoke. All the staff at the clinic are amazing, from Angela in reception to Dr David Wells and Nurse Liz who carried out my procedure. They were professional, attentive and very personable putting me at ease right away. The whole process was explained from start to finish, the procedure itself took just under an hour and recovery was minimal, with little discomfort. I was back to normal activities the next day! I am absolutely delighted with the results and can’t thank the team enough! I would highly recommend 😊

Just completed a course of ThermaVein treatment around the nose area. Delighted with the results, I was completely looked after and made to feel relaxed by Helen and the team from start to finish at the Stoke clinic. I have tried other treatments elsewhere and I have not got the results that I have from Veincentre. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

I would like to thank Helen and her team for making the whole experience professional, friendly and informative. I had facial thread veins and received Thermocoagulation treatment. This was completed over two visits. On both occasions I was made to feel completely relaxed. Although you are advised if more treatments are required, at no point did I feel pressured. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stoke Vein Centre.

Dr David Wells and LizJelleyman were very welcoming and I felt at ease the whole time I was there very professional will be seeing them again in the New Year
