Gives Wrong details about product size and material. Product is far different than image . Very Poor customer support service

Worst experience. Ordered 2 tshirts, received only 1 and the cloth quality is so bad that road side tshirts look premium in front these vierdo tshirts. Do not but anything from this fraud brand.

Extremely poor experience with Vierdo’s customer support and refund handling. The refund I received was not even for the product I had purchased, and despite being eligible for two refunds, only one refund was initiated from their end. There was no proper explanation or resolution even after follow-ups. This shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Very disappointing service.

order VV514310. I ordered 2 tshirts for 1399, they send one tshirt called scam initially. If you have taken unpacking video you are saved. They will raise request to return stating wrong shipment and refund only 1. This is a new type of scam occuring.

My order is VV476611 I have purchased prepaid product value Rs.1300 around on 3-11-25 ... still product not received.... customer care not contactable....with chat on WhatsApp app casually they are giving me day by day assurance but product till now 12-11-25 not received even I don't understand that I will get my prepaid product or I lost my money by cheating 🥺

I ordered 5 shirts from Veirdo, only 3 were delivered..i waited for 5days for the rest of the order but it was not delivered. On reaching out to their support they said everything was delivered in one go and asked me to share a package opening video, without which they cannot help me. It was my worst online shopping experience. Also the t-shirts are very thin and give a cheap look. So guys avoid Veirdo. They are just weird.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. On the day of delivery when i recieved only 2 tshirts i was about to raise a complain but that time there system was clearly showing 1 tshirt yet to arrive, so I did not raise a complain but now there system is showing all delivered at the same day... and there is no one to talk to, no support team, just AI generated shitty texts. And now they are not responding.

My daughter ordered something…the wrong product was sent.
It seems impossible to explain the problem to anyone…the exchange dept people keep coming to pick up the piece ordered (which was never received!!!) and refuse to pick-up the wrong product sent.
Terrible customer service. A waste of time!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. You charged me the full amount for my order, but delivered the items in parts without any prior notice or explanation at the time of purchase. When I asked why, your team simply said it's a 'split order' without giving any details or proper reasoning. The responses felt robotic and copy-pasted, showing no real effort to resolve the issue or take ownership. Additionally, the delay in delivery was not communicated proactively — I had to reach out myself to get updates. This kind of service reflects poor planning and lack of transparency. Please improve your order handling and customer support if you want returning customers.

I have placed my order on 12-05-2025 and they told me that it will get derived by 16-05-2025 . Now they have placed my order on 16-05-2025 which is i have placed on 12-05-2025 and now they are saying me that it will get delivered by 20-05-2025 because of them i am getting my order too late and they are blaming others. they are not accepting their fault plus customer service is pathetic. i will strongly recommend that don't order from VEIRDO.

If you order for birthday they will deliver after your death day.

I have received only 3 out of 10 t-shirts from my prepaid order (Order No.: VV343549), for which I paid Rs. 4031 on 14th February. However, the order status on your website incorrectly reflects that all 10 t-shirts have been delivered.
I reached out to the WhatsApp number provided on your site, but I was informed that without an unboxing video, no assistance can be offered. Unfortunately, I no longer have the outer packaging.

i have ordered 3 t-shirts worth 720/- Order no: VV337712, but received only 1 T-shirt, when i tried calling the customer care, they do not lift the call and whtsapp chat is useless, they do not give you any resolution
they are asking me to provide an unboxing video of the package where i order a lot of items across online, if i start taking video of very item i will end making only videos, this is my 2 order from Veirdo but totally disappointed with he service, where i am not able to talk with the customer care.

3rd class service, products are fine not so good that they can get cocky about it. The customer support was so rude, first they redirect you into multiple chats and they will close the chats without resolution, then they will argue even when you share screenshots. The return/exchange window closed before mentioned date was over. Such a shady brand that I will never purchase from here and I recommend people to purchase at their own risk as these guys are highly unprofessional.

Dont buy from veirdo.in if you have any issues related your tshirts and if you want to return the product no one will help you customer service is pathetic they will not give you any proper reply on WhatsApp support

Product Quality is Good, design are very Nice....

Overall Best Quality, On Time! Love veirdo Products!
