In my first meeting, i was just so shocked on all this tech that my solar company was missing out on. I was overwhelmed, but decided to start with the lead qualification system because dealing with closers is hard but dealing with closers that have too many unqualified leads is even harder. Now my system filters out renters and my closers are a lot happier they don’t have to sort through the bad leads and can just focus on closing the good ones.

I’ve gone from over 50 positive google reviews to almost 250 in four months, and it’s really helped my trust factor against my competitors. I’m getting a ton more booking, all because Vektor installed something that sends follow ups to clients who my company has serviced, prompting them to leave a Google review. It really helps when you have the around the same profit margins, but you are the one that is closing the deals. I got so many reviews one of my competitors even told one of my customers he thinks they were fake!

At least twice a week I would always get a client who forgot about appointment, no ask to change, no ask to cancel, just wouldn’t show up, so my staff would drive out sometimes 30 minutes, all for the client to ask us to cancel the booking. Vektor helped me install a reminder system where the client gets a text message the day before to confirm the booking, along with reminders an hour before the booking. It’s reduced my no show rate to 0 so now my technicians spend more time at appointments making money for me than turning up to appointments where the client isn’t there.

When I first spoke with vektor automation after explaining them my problems they told me they would active some of my old leads. I connected with their CRM and they were able to reach out with AI text messages and calling to some clients and within the first week I had over 3 roofing jobs. I’ve come to trust them a lot and had them completely overhaul the processes in my business, and it’s saved me a lot of time and resources through their speed to lead, lead nurturing system and their proposal follow up system, allowing me to convert more leads into deals.
