I purchased (2) what was supposed to be heated shawls. When I received the shawls, it was immediately determined that both shawls were defective. I asked for a refund but my request fell on deaf ears. Based on what the company's "Return Policy" stated, I contacted the company only to learn that their policy was a blatant LIE! Because I would have to return the shawls to CHINA, the company refused to provide me a shipping label and informed me that I would have to pay the shipping costs! After countless emails back and forth with this terrible company, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am hoping that my issue is resolved and I receive a refund. As of April 2026, I am still awaiting resolution.

In summary, Vekvek is a deceptive company that does not follow their own policies and should be banned from selling on the Internet. The products I purchased from this company were poorly constructed and completely WORTHLESS!!! I will be providing this same review to the BBB as well as other platforms to warn consumers of this scamming company!

This horrible experience with Vekvek has caused me to not order ever again from companies like this one that scam customers. Future orders will only be placed through Amazon!

Perfect for road trips! I keep all the essentials right up front instead of digging through luggage in the back. I actually ordered one for Texas and one for New Mexico… and now I might just keep both , It’s that useful.

I’ve owned way too many toiletry bags to admit, But after lots of long road trips, I finally found the one. It holds a ton, but still keeps everything organized even if it’s not packed full. Super lightweight, comfy handles, gorgeous color. Just don’t overstuff it unless you’ve got a big suitcase. Total game changer. Just get it — you won’t regret it!

Unfortunately, people don't understand that returning items purchased from VekVek will need to be returned to Hong Kong at great expense and time. It is not hassle-free or easy as they state. Buyer beware. Most everything you see there, is available on Amazon or WalMart shipping.

Surprised how lightweight this heated shawl is. It heats up fast. The best part is that I can wash it without ruining the wiring. definitely a solid purchase.

I was surprised by how well this stainless steel cutting board turned out. It has no sharp edges and seems sturdy and well-made. I appreciate how quickly it cleans up and doesn't retain colors. For me, being dishwasher safe is a huge benefit. All in all, it seems like a useful, long-lasting kitchen appliance.

Bought this heated blanket for a trip and it's a total lifesaver in the cold. Looks cute too. Just a heads up though, it DOES NOT come with a power bank. Luckily I had a spare one at home, but I didn't realize that when buying.

It's very sturdy. I tried shaking it around and it didn't bend or wobble at all. Mine came with a blue protective film, which peeled off easily. The 33×23 size has a long side handle instead of a corner hole, which I actually prefer. No complaints - happy with the purchase.

Needed something for my freezing office so I grabbed this heated shawl. Honestly looks pretty decent on, doesn't look like bulky camping gear. Soft fabric and the heat settings work well. Very practical.

Sliced my cabbage perfectly thin - just what I needed. Easy to clean, blades swap out smoothly, and feels well-made. Wish the veggie holder were sturdier, gloves help though.

I tried to order the cordless heated shawl. They hit my card twice for one order, and I immediately got a phone call from my bank asking if I had intended to deal with this questionable site.

Taking to the customer service person for my bank, I learned that there are loads of red flags on that company.

The press makes cookies easily, but washing all the small parts can be tricky. A cleaning brush would help.

Nice set with plenty of shapes. Shipping was a little slow, though the box arrived in good condition.

Good quality materials and works smoothly. Cleaning takes a bit of time, but overall a great kit.

All pieces were intact, no missing parts. Delivery came faster than expected, which was a nice surprise.

The cookie press feels solid and easy to handle. Discs are well-made and the packaging was sturdy.
